The staff were very friendly and always available and helpful. The free breakfast was outstanding and better than any restaurant. The pool was clean and the grounds were well maintained. The room was nice and big and very clean. There was ample parking right outside our room. We had a nice balcony with a sitting area and nice clean chairs. Great Wifi, tv, room lighting. There is food available 24/7 in the reception area. Tons of towels and beach towels. Reliable like all Hampton Inn's, that's why we stay there when we travel.

The shower needs a little work. The handyman needs to attach the hand held shower head better to the wall, it was leaking and coming out of the wall. It would be nice to have a couple plates, spoons, forks, knives, cups (not paper coffee cups) in the cupboards. We had take out and had to eat with our fingers. We do know we could have walked to the reception area to get some plastic silverware, but just a couple packs in the room would be nice. It was just a little pricey, but we were there to see our son and grandkids for our once a year visit so we didn't mind.

The location was very convenient since we were 7 miles to 10 minutes from the ‘seven mile bridge’ and one hour from lower keys. The local restaurants were good ( although a little pricey), and supermarket were close to hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and cozy; that made our seven day stay more comfortable. The breakfast was very good since lots to choose from including hot food. The dining room was spacious and clean. Much appreciated! The staff was polite and courteous, although some language barrier. We recommend Hampton Inn and plan a return visit.

We didn’t like being charged for parking. I wish the hotel would reconsider removing this charge, especially since the hotel fee is pricey.

I liked the Location, free parking, free breakfast, free laundry, pool and gym also no extra fees. It had a dock where you can sit and enjoy the view and feed the fishes. The check in was easy, the rooms were convenient on a one or 2 floor. My room was equipped with microwave, fridge and coffee maker.Excellent cuz I made a lot of coffee. My room had a balcony with pool view. Also it had a designated smoking area.

I didn’t like that I had my weekend planned of beach on Saturday and Pool for Sunday and the pool was closed on the Sunday with noisy construction with a next day notice. At least they let us use the Fairfield Hotel pool. Even if they switch the menu of breakfast there was no bacon on any day. I thought that would be standard.

Helpful and friendly staff, Li on reception was very good. Bed comfortable and lovely view from the balcony of the pool. Hot tub was hot and relaxing.

Being charged for parking $10 per night when there was loads of spaces and no-one else would use them. Some other hampton inns don't charge for parking. There was a microwave and fridge in the room, but no plates, cutlery, etc, to use. Also the throw away paper plates and plastic cutlery at breakfast, was not very eco friendly. Would have preferred reusable china plates and reusable metal cutlery.

We loved how new the hotel is, the facilities and breakfast were amazing! We want to go back and bring our puppy with us next time now that we know that the hotel is pet friendly. It was much better than I expected and the staff was wonderful. The facilities are super safe as you need to use your key for every doors to get in and out beside the hotel’s entrance door. Bedrooms are beautiful and beds comfortable. The room included a mini kitchen with a mini fridge and a microwave.

My room and bathroom were dirty. There was still hair from the people that stayed in the room before us in the shower and the floors near the balcony under the curtains was dirty. That was disappointing. I told Jill about it when I checked out.

Friendly staff and beautiful surroundings. Comfortable, clean rooms. Loved the complimentary breakfast. The staff was very attentive and always happy to help. Will definitely be staying here again.

The Pool does need cleaning and updating . the walls had a green film on them and when you were in the pool the green algae came off on your swim wear if you leaned on the surrounding walls. There were no pool towel available and the person at the tiki bar was not helpful on who to contact to get some for the guests asking.

The pool was great. Troy was a pleasure and really made us feel at home. We enjoyed the waffle variety for breakfast as well.

The AC unit was SO LOUD. Its continuous ON then OFF was a bit disruptive during the night. The shower in our bathroom was weak and fell off a few times when we tried to change the mode. There was dried blood on the wall behind the TV, and the baseboards in the bathroom looked like they were never cleaned.

My view was a parking lot but it was clean and lined with vegetation. What made it enjoyable were the two chickens, a beautiful orange rooster and a little black hen! I also was thankful you had a nice hot tub because I have arthritis and the weather was on the cool side. I was delighted with the complimentary cookies at the desk as we missed dinner traveling. The lobby was decorated very warm and inviting. The staff was personable and very helpful! They made me feel like they enjoyed working there. One of your guests had an adorable chihuahua too!

My diet has changed over the years and I don’t eat meat often or sugary pastries and I prefer plain yogurt with fresh fruit topped with lots of nuts. When I do have pastries it’s usually a cheese danish without icing or a plain croissant. So I would only suggest offering these alternatives for breakfast.

Li was amazing and very accommodating to advice us where to go for beaches, groceries, and restaurants. Our room in the second floor was quiet and peaceful and had easy aceess to the pool and parking lot. Kids loved how they were able to see iguanas and lizzards at the backyard. Overall very quiet hotel. Well recommended.

Breakfast was good but three days of sausage in a row was a bit of a downside. I wish there was more variety to the breakfast.
