This motel exceeded my expectations when I booked. It was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Location was great. Close to many shops, restaurants, things to do.

Great location, very clean, well maintained pool, pickle ball court, free use of bikes and kayaks. Very quiet, beach towels were provided and the kitchenette came in handy.

Great location with plenty of free activities to keep you occupied on site, rooms very clean spacious and well stocked, we enjoyed and made use of the bbq areas which was always very clean and good quality bbq tools to hand. Staff very friendly and willing to help and advise.

There was nothing we did not like about this place only the fact we could not stay longer.

Sabrina, the manager was very helpful and pleasant. She was very willing to recommend and suggests places to go but you had to ask. She is very familiar with the area and can be helpful in arranging activities.

Did not realize upon booking that this was primarily an RV resort and boat slip and small docking area for boats. The motel section was not the prominent feature. While rooms are fairly comfortable, the grounds were only OK.

Truly the best motel/hotel experience we’ve ever had, and believe me we are picky! From the first time we had contact with the property staff to the last, they were exceptionally pleasant and helpful, just super nice folks. Our room was perfectly clean, and we’re annal about cleanliness, the king bed and pillows were super comfy, the pool was beautiful and the seating was clean and well cared for. Although we aren’t pickle ball players, the court looked new. We appreciated that we could use the kayaks, tiki hut and grill but didn’t use them, maybe next time.

Super clean & modern motel situated in Marathon (about 1hr drive to Key West), 5min drive to supermarkets, room is super big, air conditioning is super cool, there’s a ceiling fan as well. Hot water with good pressure even at top floor, TV coffee machine big microwave big fridge plates cups bowls coffee pods all provided. Motel has a pool RV parking BBQ grills dining benches around the big compound, as well as free bike & kayak activities! A real bargain at Florida Keys!

The room was clean and pleasant. Friendly and helpful staff. We were able to use the kayaks free of charge and had a lovely hour or so paddling around the mangroves. Sparky's Landing Restaurant just a short walk away was a fun place to eat, it had a nice keys vibe.

No hot water for showers, we should have mentioned it to the staff but it wasn't a big deal for us for the one night. The pool was next to a busy main road, so too noisy to be relaxing.

Very spacious, very clean staff are awesome people & Blaze the dog mascot of the property very friendly 🥰 Second time here, first I rented a king room ( bottom floor ) very spacious room & bathroom , second was 2 queen beds ( upstairs) bathroom wasnt that spacious but it's nice & clean. I will be back at the end of April 2025 to stay in there cabins they have . Nice pool area very nice property and no bugs !

Exceed our expectations, especially for what you think when you hear motel. But the room was spacious, and the dinette + table was perfect. Very clean and had great added amenities that we wish we could have used if we had time.

There was an Xfinity remote, but no Xfinity cable worked so we were stuck with the LG channels which were odd-ball channels. Overall, that didn't kill our experience though, obviously as we weren't there for the TV.
