Blood on a bed sheet but were swapped straight away. Food service was useful. Use of washing machines for free was useful. Small seating area near sea was a nice relax. Breakfast area and food available was nice.

The parking charge was expensive and they have lots of parking space anyway. So thus should be free or a much better rate. Food is not cheap so service to room should be included. Its only a small thing but accounts for a lot.

The staff were very friendly and always available and helpful. The free breakfast was outstanding and better than any restaurant. The pool was clean and the grounds were well maintained. The room was nice and big and very clean. There was ample parking right outside our room. We had a nice balcony with a sitting area and nice clean chairs. Great Wifi, tv, room lighting. There is food available 24/7 in the reception area. Tons of towels and beach towels. Reliable like all Hampton Inn's, that's why we stay there when we travel.

The shower needs a little work. The handyman needs to attach the hand held shower head better to the wall, it was leaking and coming out of the wall. It would be nice to have a couple plates, spoons, forks, knives, cups (not paper coffee cups) in the cupboards. We had take out and had to eat with our fingers. We do know we could have walked to the reception area to get some plastic silverware, but just a couple packs in the room would be nice. It was just a little pricey, but we were there to see our son and grandkids for our once a year visit so we didn't mind.

pool smaller than expected and thought there was a beach to swim in looking at the pictures.

The location was very convenient since we were 7 miles to 10 minutes from the ‘seven mile bridge’ and one hour from lower keys. The local restaurants were good ( although a little pricey), and supermarket were close to hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and cozy; that made our seven day stay more comfortable. The breakfast was very good since lots to choose from including hot food. The dining room was spacious and clean. Much appreciated! The staff was polite and courteous, although some language barrier. We recommend Hampton Inn and plan a return visit.

We didn’t like being charged for parking. I wish the hotel would reconsider removing this charge, especially since the hotel fee is pricey.

The hotel and grounds were clean and looked nice. The room was comfortable and we had plenty of space. The staff were courteous and professional. We enjoyed the breakfast, the food was good, there was plenty of variety, and the breakfast area was clean and comfortable. There was also access to the waterfront right across the road to watch the sunset. There were restaurants easily within walking distance that were reasonably priced and served very good food.

I did no like paying $10 to park at the hotel! As a matter of fact, had I seen that there was a charge to park when I was booking the room I might have looked elsewhere for accommodations.

We loved our stay so much we extended by one more night, the location is great very close to the 7 mile bridge if you are planning to visit Key West, we loved our room, the fact we can open the balcony door and be straight out on beautiful grounds, walking distance to the pool which both our 7 and 17 year old thoroughly enjoyed it! all the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful, we loved the fact there was a washing machine and tumble dryer room which was super handy! (we brought our own washing capsules from home) we will not hesitate to stay here again!

I liked the Location, free parking, free breakfast, free laundry, pool and gym also no extra fees. It had a dock where you can sit and enjoy the view and feed the fishes. The check in was easy, the rooms were convenient on a one or 2 floor. My room was equipped with microwave, fridge and coffee maker.Excellent cuz I made a lot of coffee. My room had a balcony with pool view. Also it had a designated smoking area.

I didn’t like that I had my weekend planned of beach on Saturday and Pool for Sunday and the pool was closed on the Sunday with noisy construction with a next day notice. At least they let us use the Fairfield Hotel pool. Even if they switch the menu of breakfast there was no bacon on any day. I thought that would be standard.

I liked that our room was quiet, the property was nicely done, breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly and accommodating. You also get to feed the fish which was relaxing.

Our room was not completely clean, but the situation was rectified very quickly. Jane who was not even housekeeping helped to clean the room and did it with a smile and Li offered to change us to another room, but we had already taken our luggage and belongings into the room and it would have been a hassle to move to another room.

Helpful and friendly staff, Li on reception was very good. Bed comfortable and lovely view from the balcony of the pool. Hot tub was hot and relaxing.

Being charged for parking $10 per night when there was loads of spaces and no-one else would use them. Some other hampton inns don't charge for parking. There was a microwave and fridge in the room, but no plates, cutlery, etc, to use. Also the throw away paper plates and plastic cutlery at breakfast, was not very eco friendly. Would have preferred reusable china plates and reusable metal cutlery.

We loved how new the hotel is, the facilities and breakfast were amazing! We want to go back and bring our puppy with us next time now that we know that the hotel is pet friendly. It was much better than I expected and the staff was wonderful. The facilities are super safe as you need to use your key for every doors to get in and out beside the hotel’s entrance door. Bedrooms are beautiful and beds comfortable. The room included a mini kitchen with a mini fridge and a microwave.

My room and bathroom were dirty. There was still hair from the people that stayed in the room before us in the shower and the floors near the balcony under the curtains was dirty. That was disappointing. I told Jill about it when I checked out.
