Very friendly and helpful front desk exceptionally clean is smelled great in the room fantastic views and awesome fishing right off the docks and also snorkeling right off the dock so it's amazing My favorite place in the whole world now. Everything, rustic, had rentals right there, fishing for tarpon from the doc, manatees, zebra fish ate oatmeal from the dock, the people staying there were great, made new friends and we wanted to stay another night but we're full, so sad but we are staying there every time now, we live 4 hours north so I'm going to go as much as I can. If you don't like rustic and fishing don't go, go to a holiday inn.

We got one of the apartments above the shop. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It has a pool with a nice view. The location and the room were overall nice and we would book again if we come back to the keys. We arrived after 6PM which counted as late check in and we got instructions to get into the room but some info was confusing (about the parking) or missing (wifi password). It was all sorted out via message, but they could improve it for the future. A table and some cuttlery would also be appreciated.

Queit spot, we brought our boat which they provide dock slip right outback your hotel door, bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Staff were always kind and helpful. They had their own BBQ which we used, a pool, free kayak, paddle board rentals, and a jet ski rental discounted price for guests. Literally everything you need at the hotel.

The only thing to prepare for which we did upon reading reviews was to bring groceries or drive to publix in marathon which was only 15 min drive.

Very quaint and small town vibe. We travel with a 1 year old so it was a perfect location for that. The staff was so friendly and accommodating that they offered to pick up food from nearby islands while they were in town. It is a very cute fishing village and central to the islands. The pool was nice. The property was private and not crowded.

There were some repairs needed in the rooms ie: the closet and the sliding door to the balcony, though they did fix the sliding door while we were there. The decor is a lot like staying at your grandmas cottage by the beach except there is no beach on this island to swim at. Fishing was good though!

Location is centrally located in the Keys. Super easy to get to Marathon and onto Key West. The staff were great! We arrived after hours and our key and info sheet were in a lock box that I easily accessed with the code sent by email from Maria. Room was quiet and spacious. Pool was clean and nice. Fishing poles were available. It lived up to how it was advertised! Affordable prices!

A bit worn out.

Host, Lisa Marie, was very friendly and had great knowledge about eateries in the area. The room was clean and had all the expected facilities, coffee machine, fridge, air con, microwave, wi-fi, etc. I was also treated to a lovely sunrise from the balcony.

The air con was quite noisy kicking in and out on auto, and I personally found the bed too soft, but that's just because I prefer harder beds.

We loved it!! Go here and book a extra night! We searched for a night at Key West but it was all booked - found this instead - we are very happy that we did! It's on a small island, right by the ocean. It feelt very privat and exklusiv. The room was big and hade a kitchen, the balcony was amazing. The view was to died for. Nice owner and a very Nice pool.

We missed the wifi...

The staff are great. The location is wonderful. The view is water and cool tiki totems. The place and furnishing are aged, but clean. Lots of room in our room with a kitchenette. Nice pool!

The beds were lumpy and not really comfy. There was very little water pressure.

Staff at the general store/front desk were very warm and friendly. The lodge is like the old-school mom & pop motels I remember from my childhood. If you’re not into fishing, there’s literally nothing to do in tiny Conch Key itself, but that wasn’t a problem because the restaurants of Long Key are less than 10 minutes away.

Beds were quite soft

Everything. Location was great, staff was friendly, everything was clean. Beds were comfy. Rooms are spacious & the views were great!

The tv wouldn't stay connected to the wifi & we couldn't ever get the regular cable to work, so we couldn't watch tv. But it was fine Everything was clean except the floors. They were really dirty & sticky & walking on them without shoes, your feet would be black. But everything else was great
