The property was conveniently located halfway along the FL keys in Marathon, enabling us to more easily visit a variety of parks, beaches, restaurants, and tourist attractions in the area. Porkys restaurant next door has the best baby back Ribs ever along with a miniature golf course. Also located next door is Legendary jet skis which offers great jet ski tours of the FL keys. Located nearby is the 7 mile bridge which provides for a nice evening stroll as the sun sets over the horizon. We got the Osprey Apt which had a deck on the back where we could have breakfast and look out over the marina and water. One morning we saw dolphins swimming by as we sat on the veranda for breakfast. That was a special treat!

The only thing I didn’t like isn’t a complaint about the property itself, but rather about pallets that were stacked on the peninsula next to the marina which blocked some of the beauty of the sunset view. Other than that, it was awesome!

We, a family of 5, stayed on the house boat. It was perfect when it comes to clean. Every thing that was needed was provided in the unit, and it was all in pristine condition. The view, and every bit of the experience was amazing. We got to watch jellyfish, a shark, and a manatee swim by. The sights and sounds of the activities in the marina were a great experience. The pool and the grounds were vibrant, fun, just great! I cannot say enough nice things about this beautiful little part of America. I deeply appreciate the attention to detail, the cleanliness, and the fact that they offer this little piece of heaven as a place for others to experience.

The location was perfect. We were able to use the free rental bikes to many places including out the 2 mile bridge to Pigeon Key. The room was newly remodeled with a fridge bigger than a dorm, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and even beach towels. It was very clean.

We were in the Sting Ray. My major complaints are that the mattress needs replaced and the blinds on the big window don’t cover the left side so that anyone could see us going back and forth to the bathroom if they tried looking. We hung a towel to cover most of that. The bikes were old and rusty but worked and we were told they would be replaced soon.

We loved the Keys vibe and our stay. We stayed 3 nights, Marathon is ideally placed if you want to spend a few days in the Keys. The little marina was charming, all the bungalows in different colours added to the vibe, the tiki bar restaurant next to it, Porky's, was also great if you wanted to have a drink or eat. The swimming pool don't look fancy at first, but the water's temperature was perfect and we enjoyed chilling there everyday after our visits. It was also nice to be able to be able to have your breakfast and diner as we had a little appartment with all the devices and most tools needed. We loved it and will go back if we visit the Keys again.

The appartement was great but could have been cleaner, the floor especially. It could also use some more modern devices (heating plates) or tools (bigger and better pans).

At first glance, it may not look inviting, but it was gaining in my eyes with each passing moment. We stayed in Little, a small apartment with no kitchen, only a microwave and a coffee maker and basic cutlery. Beds super comfortable. Peaceful and quiet. From the window a view of the quay. Barbecues, deck chairs, hammocks and chairs available. Next door Porky's pub with pretty good food and mini golf. Great base for key west, just an hour's drive. Sombrero beach is beautiful and only a 5 min drive. Small pool with warm water also available!

Nothing really, maybe next time we would take apt with kitchen.

The room with a kitchen, separate bedroom and large seating area was huge and well equipped. There was a dining table which we did not expect. Weather was uncharacteristically cold and windy but the accomodation was warm and dry (there were air cons and large fans in every room so probable can be cool if needed! The double bed was enormous by European standards! Lots of nice old fashioned furniture and definitely one up on mass produced hotels. Lots of water sports on offer nearby. The restaurant was good and on the doorstep.

We had booked for 3 people and the heavy sofa was in the way of the fold down bed which had not been made. So had to spend 15 minutes sorting the room out. The toilet and shower were clean but it felt a bit dated. Kitchen also felt a bit dated. This is not a criticism as it sort of fits the ambience of the area and of the accommodation but just to be aware of what you are getting.

I liked how close it was to a great beach (Sombrero), great food and hang out (Sunset Grill) and Porky’s), activities (Turtle Rescue, Seven Mile Bridge and miniature golf), coffee (Starbucks) as well as grocery/alcohol (Publix).

The picture of my room showed a couch as well as bed but there was no couch😕. That was disappointing as I was originally supposed to travel with my husband but changed at the last minute to my cousin. I thought we would have two places to sleep which turned out not to be the case. We made the best of it but was disappointing at first.

Stayed on their houseboat but for only 1 night and left early next morning for Key West so not enough time to truly enjoy the experience. Comfortable beds, sofa. Loved the bedding and especially the light, warm bed quilt. Great Cuban family run restaurant across the street. Will stay here again.

We stayed on night of Jan. 7, 2025 and the temperature was cold for this location in Florida. Unfortunately there seemed to be no way to heat the houseboat so we were cold. They said they would look into that as the houseboat was new. I think it would be very well air conditioned in the warmer weather as there were 2 air condition units onboard the boat.

Our 2 apartments were large and clean. The Marlin had an excellent location on the water, a well-stocked kitchen, and the staff provided our requested rollaway bed--there was plenty of room to set it up. We arrived with our groceries, cooked dinner, ate in and played games. I especially liked that we could use kayaks. It was a bit windy, but we were still able to kayak --and "bird island" near the resort is worth a kayak trip --so many species of birds, and iguanas. My kids saw sea turtles swimming also. The resort is very close to the 7-mile bridge and we had our own bikes, but the resort also has bikes you can ride. You can ride on the pedestrian/biker bridge but only for 2 miles.

We should've stayed 2 nights here b/c when we arrived at 3 pm for check-in, it was too late to kayak, and then we had to check out the next morning by 10 am. So we enjoyed a morning kayak, but we had to check out of the room prior to going and then we didn't have the room afterward to change. The kitchen in the Garden-view apartment was okay, but needs a few more kitchen utensils and appliances --like a cutting board. I would recommend that the resort change its checkout time to 11 am.
