Beautiful location and an immaculate property; friendly staff, lovely rooms all looking at pools or the ocean and excellent restaurant/dining options (we enjoyed both the main restaurant and the oceanside bar) with a fantastic atmosphere

We had an initial issue with our room but it was all sorted out quickly by really nice staff; other than that, no issues!

Outstanding resort hotel in a perfect location - rooms were amazing, the Tiki bar is an absolute must visit and the on-property restaurant is excellent; helpful and friendly staff, clean and well organised

The first room we booked wasn't quite what we wanted/expected but the staff were incredibly helpful and moved us without any fuss... so nothing we didn't like in the end!

The resort was beautiful! Perfect location and such convenience for a family with a toddler under 2! Having the beach on the resort and the lagoon pool we always had something to do! My son enjoyed moving the chess pieces around, tossing bean bags and running around the mini golf/putting area! The balcony’s on the villas were a hit cause he loved being outside at all times! Loved both restaurants on the resort! House keeping was there everyday, made sure we had clean towels and beach towels ! Super clean resort and very well kept! Staff was so polite and helpful! Great time!

Furniture seems slightly run down, AC had few problems , but who cares - this place is just like heaven and an absolute must for everyone who goes to the Keys and can afford the cost. Fantastic lagoon pool within a palm tree garden surrounded by the beautiful wooden beach villas. Private beach with plenty of water sports facilities. Dolphin research center and Sandspur beach just 15 min by car, the turtle hospital is located next door. Absolutely great for children. Probably the best resort on the Keys. Will always remember our time here and hope to come back !

The resort is amazing. The swimming pools are beautiful, clean and well laid out with sunbeds and parasols and tables. The sea swimming area and beach are clean and the Tiki Bar fab. The 2 bed bungalow we stayed in was functional, clean and the staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The daily housekeeping is an added bonus. The Butterfly Cafe serves fantastic food deserves a Michelin star. Elizabeth on reception was just the best at helping us with any problems. Sunset at the Tiki Bar, the best ever!!

Would have preferred a proper sofa in the lounge area, the sofabed was uncomfortable to sit on in the evenings.

The location

This time - couldn’t use beach full of seaweed. Our unit on the beach had a very wonky dining table. Maintenance said couldn’t do anything about the legs moving. Needs a new table!! No light above the stove top. Again the man said sorry couldn’t fix it! Management said they will look into this.

We had a 2br ocean view villa that was immaculately clean & comfortable. Staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. The resort has a beautiful private beach & 2 pools. Pattleboards, jet skis & kayaks on site for watersports. The property is very well kept & cleaned daily. Overall, our stay was wonderful & very relaxing. I will definitely be staying at Tranquility Bay again.

This is very peaceful place. The apartment was very comfortable and the setting was gorgeous. The temperature of the pool was perfect. It was a great experience to explore around the Gulf swimming beach. The food at the Tiki Bar was excellent. We tried the Cuban sandwich, the fish tacos, and the chicken quesadillas. And the views from here were even better than from our room. We loved sitting on the back porch and upper balcony to enjoy views of the pool, grounds, and the Gulf. We took time to walk next door to the Turtle Hospital and took the tour. Great experience and knowledgeable guide. Highly recommend this for all visitors.

A little more effort is needed in the 2nd upstairs bathroom (hallway) to get the mildew off the tile grout in the shower. All other areas of the apartment were spotless so this was a bit surprising.

Lovely pool at and a beach. The grounds were immaculate. Can’t wait to come back for a longer stay to be able to enjoy more of the resort. Check-in was easy and the extras I ordered were perfect.

The upstairs bathroom in the master and unit 55 was very slow. It clogged a couple of times, so turn the water off and it finally drained. Turned the water back on and it was still clogged. It was that way when we got there, but just assumed, it was slow in flushing like the one I have at home. Thinking you better have a plumber check that out.

Only problem I had was with the no seeums on the beach area - was bitten over 20 times- wish you sprayed the areas more for those of us that can’t tolerate the problematic bugs outside - I understand they don’t affect everyone but for those of they do it’s extremely uncomfortable at
