The villa and property were the perfect place to take in the beauty and essence of the Keys. The private beach was lovely and though our villa wasn't front row, we enjoyed the lush view of the palm trees and felt we were right at the oceanfront. Our son loved the pool and enjoyed the array of pool and beach toys provided. The villa had everything one needs, including a full kitchen with one of the most powerful blenders that we've come across in our travels (we love making smoothies but it works for all sorts of drinks). The beds are very comfortable with high quality linen and the two full bathrooms were a welcome feature as were the new washer/dryer in the unit. Lots of areas to relax and enjoy, both inside and on the big screened terrace/balcony. Staff are very friendly and effective, even helped procure a shop vac to clean out our sand-plagued car. Location is within a few minutes' drive of Curry Hammock state park which is great for family friendly kayaking. We also saw some guests get their kayaks delivered straight to the hotel and start paddling from there. All in all a great experience and we hope to be back.

The only thing we didn't like was having to leave.

The villa was so fresh and clean! Everything we needed was there. The kitchen equipment- spectacular, even dishwasher liquid, paper towels, detergents were provided, lovely terrasse to enjoy the meals. The tennis rackets waiting for us, board games, little balls, cards etc available at the office. The bedrooms were specious and the beds very comfortable. The beach picturesque, with sun beds.

Beautiful location, large beach. Kids loved the pool area and hot tub. Great landscaping around property, private, quiet, family friendly. Very relaxing!

Aging spiral staircase in unit, no complimentary shampoo/conditioner, furniture adequate but not the most comfortable.

oops, didn't know there was a breakfast?????? Loved the location, the staff was incredible, started with Sunny helping us move to a villa closer to the beach!!! Beds very comfortable, clean environment, bar-b-cue is perfect!!!!!

We loved the set up - next to the pool and the beach. Close to everything you need from groceries to gas to coffee!

There was an ongoing red algae bloom that gave off a bad smell and kept us from using the beach.

It was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed from cutlery to washing powder

Not the best view of the sea. We paid extra for partial view but would only recommend paying extra if you have the villas on the sea front

Good location. Excellent communication with the staff before and during our stay. The amenities were great. We enjoyed the beach. Nice to have a washer and dryer.

Stairs

Everyone we met was very nice. The property is quiet and family oriented. Easily accessible to everything in Marathon.

The villa is dated but clean and well kept. Bathrooms are small but fine for the amount of time we were there.

On the beach

Was woken up at 5:30 am by people talking very loud by hot tub one day and another people were in hot tub late at night and were talking loud.

Location right next to beach and private beach. Layout of villas and the pool and hot tub was really well thought through. Private and quiet.
