Early check in requested on line and when we arrived at 12pm. We were told it would be $100 for early check in, if not we would need to wait until 4 pm. I then said, if I pay 100 I can check in? Reply was yes. I said do you have rooms available now? Front desk said yes, but I could only access if I paid $100. I declined. One hour later they called to say my room was available. I think that’s rediculous!

We loved the boat shuttle to go to the connected properties. The crew around Brianna and Marc (might messed up the names) was so nice and attentive. Breakfast was great and drinks at the bar as well. Definitely would come back.

I forgot to empty a drawer and called the front desk The Lady didn't understand what the issue was but took down my details and never got back to me. I even told her to look into the lost and found but honestly she had no clue. That was not what I would expect from a resort like this. Obviously you bring your favorite clothes so that is really sad....

Staff was amazing. The lobby is beautiful. The outdoor area is very very nice. Its very clean and the designer and the artwork is excellent. They did a fantastic job and get a A Plus.

The price of the food in the restaurant was ridiculous. Its a JOKE that its empty every night and management hasnt realized this? The breakfast is fantastic but the dinner choices are basically sandwhiches and 4 people should not have to pay $160.00 for 4 sandwiches and 4 sodas. I felt like I was bent over and rammed the first night and vowed NEVER to go back.

Beautiful rooms, felt very comfortable and homey.

Everything was outrageously expensive. My fiancé and I had an absolutely amazing trip and vacation, but to drive 1,300 miles and pay as much as we did for the room, I was hoping the food and drinks available would be reasonable for the guests you’re trying to accommodate. We put a $400 dollar charge to the room when we arrived, and we still managed to go over it by $200. Please lower the food and drink prices. We would love to come back, but the price of traveling and room prices are insane. Please lower food and drink prices!!!

Rooms were nice, bed and linens were clean and comfortable. Dinner waitress was very pleasant. Ailton (bartender) was very engaging. Outside bar, pool area, dining area were very attractive.

View from the room was terrible (305) and should have been better given the occupancy. I was on a fishing trip with departures in the morning at 6:00 am. Breakfast service started at 7:00, I think some kind of breakfast option should have been available.

The kitchen area was nice to have. We ate lunch in the room two times. The hostess and waitress who served us breakfast were wonderful.

The room we were assigned had no view. It looked out over the hotel's roof. I would have hoped that guests who invested in a five night stay would have been given a better room. The TV service was terrible. 10 stations at most. Inadequate draw and closet space.

Everything, it was absolute paradise and our room was the best in the house.... 124!! Great end to a great holiday, wish we had stayed here longer.....even forever it was that beautiful!

Couldn't swim in water directly in front and had lots of seaweed. (Prob can't be helped much) Food selection needs a few more options please. Nothing else apart from those 2 things and that's only my opinion to enhance things in my eyes. Even if they don't change I'd still come back. One of the most beautiful resorts I've been to! Thank you ❤️

The resort amenities were wonderful especially the shuttle to the other resorts. We enjoyed the oceanfront beach chairs, ping pong and Cornhole. The walkable restaurants were convenient as well. The rooms were very spacious and quiet. Our room balcony was awesome to hear the live music and the roosters!

Parking spaces were very tight and the pool beach chairs were hard to get.

The property is Beatiful has many activities that are complimentary and we really enjoyed it , fish like a local, yoga, free shuttles within 5 miles and you can go visit 2 other resorts and do the activities and those resorts , kayaks bikes paddle boarding.

The pullout couch was really bad and uncomfortable for the kids - we had to order multiple blankets bc it was bad

The pool was phenomenal! Nice and relaxing!

Definitely need refrigerators that are COLD and same with AC. We were in 2 different rooms and refrigerators just were not that cold. And same with AC. After being out in the sun all day, you want to come back to a nice cool room. The lowest the AC would go is 67° and there is no way it was 67° in those rooms.!!!!
