This place will be amazing once the construction is finished. Our cabin was just totally renovated, we really liked it. The beach area, garden and piers were beatiful. We went kayaking and did some fishing from the piers (they have rods). We saw sea turtles, rays and a small shark straight from the pier. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The personnel really did their best to help us enjoy our stay.

The place was like semi-open when we were there, pool (looks great) was just renovated but not yet open, same with the bar. The hotell arranged access to a nearby pool area instead. When we were there construction work was still ongoing in some buildings.

Incredible - quiet, pristine, calm and peaceful location with couples whom you hardly see also going about their day. Everything about this hotel was just perfect. We had room / apartment 17, it felt like a ‘home away from home’.. clean, neat, the fans, everything about it! We loved the short walk to the beachfront, use of pool, outside ‘four in a row’ game, and site - away from the hustle and bustle of Miami but also along the Keys so easy to go to Key West for a day out! Exceeded our expectations. Arrival champagne served (or was it Prosecco - great quality & chilled ) - thank you ! Even had a bath!

N/a - could have done with a few more hooks for hanging towels, other items but other than that perfect and beautifully finished properties.

OFF THE CHARTS spectacular ocean front location NEWLY STYLISHLY RENOVATED resort with a lot of usable beachfront, piers extending into the ocean, and NEW first-class pool with Tiki Bar including wine & beer service. Observed Guests using the included kayaks, paddle boards & bicycles. Very much reminded me of beach front communities like Ormond Beach in Florida and Lavalette in New Jersey. Staff, Leia, Francisco & Simone, were very helpful, informative and personable. BTW - even though a coffee-maker is included with your room, Paris Coffee Truck on the property was a treat! Also, the boutique at the entrance to the resort, Sea La Vie, has a wide assortment of desirable upscale resort items.

That it was time to go home.

We stayed in the three bedroom cottage across from the office, other family members stayed in some of the smaller rooms on the property. The three bedroom was very roomy, good kitchen with all the basics and full size refrigerator. The king bed was a little on the soft side (but I like a very firm bed), still good sleeping. Made good use of the kayaks, SUPs, and bicycles. Nice pool and docks for watching sunrise. Housekeeping and office staff were wonderful. An extra bonus was the nearby Midway Cafe for breakfasts, lunches and the famous Manny and Isa key lime pies made daily - short walk or easy bike ride. Also easy bike ride along backroad/sidewalks to Bud N Mary's and Lazy Days restaurant.

We stayed in the orchid cottage which was really nice. It’s directly ocean front, with an amazing view of the water, your own dock area, a hammock and chairs to sit and enjoy the view. There’s even a little grill outside. The cottage itself has everything you need if you want to prepare your own meals and enjoy them there - even a full size refrigerator, oven, microwave. They have paddle boards, kayaks, and fishing rods to use at no charge. There are also bikes that you can use at no charge. So the place is great for relaxing and enjoying the views of the water but not really for swimming., but from what I hear that’s how that whole area is. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

You can’t really swim in the water. The little “beach area” is very shallow and full of sea weed. The pool was small. There’s a little bar at the pool but no restaurant on site, although there are a lot of restaurants close by. If you want to go swimming in nicer water you’ll have to drive to a park or beach at least 45 minutes away.

Very beautiful accomodation and area, recently renovated. Facilities in perfect condition, spacious and clean, very friendly personel, with amazing view and scenery. Nice pool and beautiful beach. On top of that you can you use bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, etc at no extra costs. Some nice restaurants and fun activities nearby. Definitely exceeded expectations.

Basically none, except maybe no EV chargers available on the property. But that seems to be the standard everywhere in the US.

Check in was easy and simple (complimentary glass of champagne a nice touch). Our view of the water was great from our patio and ok from our room. We were right next to the pool, and we did not use it, but did enjoy the tiki bar right there. Very nice to have the beach area, kayaks and pier to hang out on and enjoy. So nice to be in walking distance to Lazy Days for dinner. We would stay here again and are very glad we incorporated it into our 30th anniversary trip!

Parking could have been a little better, but still wasn't bad. We just didn't have a parking spot with our room, so had to park anywhere we could find a spot. A nice touch to have the washer and dryer, but they were a little tricky to use.

The hotel was in a beautiful part of the keys, very convenient for all local attractions and also not to far of a drive from Key West or Miami, its about the half way point. Some lovely looking accommodation properties and grounds well maintained.

After paying a small fortune for a sea view, I really didn't feel like the property we were in fit that criteria. I suppose you could argue it was close to the beach area, but not really what I had in mind. Also, after stating on Booking.com that fee included charges and taxes, I was still charged $3+ for some reason which I'm still not sure about. Its only $3, but could have been whatever they wanted really. First time I had that with ANY property I have booked on booking.com.

A perfect spot for a short getaway. The bungalow was in excellent condition—freshly renovated, clean, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The added amenities like kayaks and paddle boards were a fantastic bonus and made the experience even more enjoyable. Peaceful surroundings and great attention to detail. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely come back.

Upon check in we were offered champagne or water. It is smaller family owned, we actually had the pleasure of meeting Katie during our stay. We took a boat tour with Ian where he took us to Alligator reef lighthouse to the sandbar and captured a beautiful sunset on the way back! We saw lobster, manatee, sea turtle, sea ray, horse shoe crab all from the resort or going on paddle board/kayaks available onsite. We had a family of dolphins swimming along our boat wake after Ian was able to entice them to play! They also had bicycles and a laundry facility on-site with a pool side bar staffed with excellent servers.
