We appreciated being greeted by Nancy in person and then with a text. We also received a text after about 5 days asking if we needed anything. We said we would appreciate fresh towels and they were in our room when we returned.

Of course we knew there was a second level but we found the stairs a bit steep. Having handrails on both sides was a plus. Neither of us thought the dark grey color of the stairs outside was a good choice for aging eyes. With no frying pan, we made eggs in a sauce pan which didn't work out well on the cook top. A small fry pan would have been appreciated. The amount of dishes was bare bones. We didn't bring salt & pepper shakers. That would have also been a nice addition. Everything else was lovely beginning to end.

Everything went well. They are renovating the hotel. It was a minor inconvenience but temporary. The management is excellent. Once finished the renovation it will be an outstanding hotel. We will definitely stay in the future.

First time staying here. Very clean and updated. Right next door to dive shop. Room overlooks the water and boats. Balcony opens to the water and is very relaxing. Enjoyed sipping a beer and listening to live music from Sharkey's. Have stayed at hotels close by this one, This one was the most relaxing and convenient. Staff was so friendly and responded incredibly fast to our needs. Nice for a small family. Will stay here again.

We stayed for 5 days. Kitchenette could have had had more silverware and dishes, larger coffee cups and bowls, and coffee maker could have been larger or been a Keurig, but understand the expense and problems that might create.

This property is at a recent renovation and is just lovely inside. They have everything you need to cook, watch television, do the usual seawater based events, free parking, and easy to access local attractions. We were most impressed that we really didn’t need to bring anything. All toiletries are provided, towels, linens, etc. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. You just bring your food. If you are not self catering, there are lots of restaurants nearby. We recommend Docs Diner for breakfast at five minute walk. Get the scrambled eggs —you won’t regret it.

The property is a little old and rough looking from the outside, but most of the properties in the area look like that. I think it’s an invisibility cloak. You’ll be pleasantly surprised once you get inside. It’s like a well appointed condo -very nice.

This is a great location with a two-story condo that overlooks the canal. It was easy to find and is only a few blocks off the main road in Key Largo. It was really nice to have a kitchenette as well as a great patio to sit outside for dinner and breakfast the next morning. We enjoyed watching the boats come and go. The room was very clean and we really enjoyed the separate bedroom upstairs which included a full bath. There’s also a bathroom downstairs off the living room area.

The only improvement would be to add more dishes, cooking utensils, and frying pans to better utilize the kitchenette. You should be aware that there is a bar across the canal and it was quite loud for Sunday night football, but certainly not a negative. Also be aware that the stairs from the main floor up to the bedroom are pretty steep and narrow in case someone has mobility issues.

We had a great time at the Waterside and were very comfortable. The pool was awesome and having the Sundiver charter for snorkeling onsite was an extra bonus. The only downside was the sliding glass door to the balcony -- it's in need of some serious maintenance. Also, the back of one of the chairs on the balcony cracked and I nearly fell and broke my neck. That would have been tragic. Other than that, no complaints.

Absolutely loved this place and would fully recommend. The apartment exceeded my expectations. The staff were great, and the marina location excellent for getting to both ends of the keys. The apartment was exceptionally clean, while the pool and marina were also very well cared for. There was a live music bar across the road which was nice to enjoy from the balcony. But it was quite once the doors were closed.

The laundry was abit run down and the laundry app needed to use it required a minimum spend of $10. We only used $6 worth.

The accommodations were nice and very clean, and there were always refreshments in the office. The property is very well maintained. But, the Staff is their greatest asset. Donna, Esther, Yvena & Diamond were so pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. All of our requests and concerns were addressed right away, from our late arrival concerns, additional towels, tv connections, restaurant suggestions, and everything in between. They were always very professional. The service they provided is now the standard to which we will compare all others. If we were entrepreneurs, we would most certainly have recruited them. We would be remiss if we failed to mention the housekeeping staff as well. Their names we didn't get because they were so busy, but we were very comfortable in the space that they prepared. Thanks to everyone. We highly recommend staying here.

This apart. was just great, especially the size of this efficiency, great location with a balcony with the view of seeing all boat tours going by daily. Super balcony. the kitchen part was all equiped. Thank you very much, I enjoined my stay.

It is not the motel problem but no body was able to help me to rent a bicycle by the hour, not just the day one at $ 65.- to go on route 1 ??? for bicycling instead of the motel surrounding, Cercle, all tours at the holiday Inn parking, restaurants right in front on the other side of the inlet. If possible the motel could supplied the ther customer a service of a few bikes for a minimum cost per hour. It miss me to always take my car for these small distance and find parking there. GOOD SUGGESTIONS for theplanet, NO !

The room was nice and met our needs. Nice design and comfortable bed and seating. The balcony was nice. The kitchen was perfect for us as we wanted to eat in for most meals.

The furniture on the balcony could have been nicer. Chairs and table were so-so. It was most inconvenient that the front desk didn’t provide change for the washer/dryer. We went to three places to get quarters for the dryer before finally giving up and hanging our clothes in the room to dry. If the washer/dryer are provided- the facility should offer change to use them. Or not charge. The front door was tricky to work with the key card - but we got a feel for it in a few days. It probably needs to be replaced sometime soon.
