Location was good ~ room was nice ~ staff was excellent

I paid extra for a view and it was a tiny 2 person patio that you had to turn sideways on and stretch your neck out to see anything ~ no microwave to heat up dinner leftovers ~ the fridge in the room didn’t keep our soda, water, food cold ~

Location, close to marina and great restaurants off of Duvall, loved that I could book excursions,water sports and leave right from the hotel . Great pool and bar. LOVED the reusable water bottle concept with flavored water cooler.

For the price I paid, I thought the outside deck (partial view) and room itself would be slightly bigger. Sprinkler cover in my bathroom ceiling fell off (scaring me in the middle of the night). Bathroom vanity decorative lights (looks like silver bubbles) were caked in dust but everything else was spotless. Beach area was not really a beach area at all, enough for 2 people to sit ( but there was plenty of deck space with ocean views) small area to swim in the ocean, I ended up using the beach area from the neighboring hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, directly on the sea, the rooms and bathrooms are lovely. I loved getting up in the morning and reading my book in peace whilst looking over the water. Location is perfect, must go to the Sunset Pier just around the corner

We checked the price of the hotel for the same time we was there and found that the rooms were cheaper than we had paid, I always feel better to book early but in this instance we could have been nearly a £1,000 better off

Our room had cracks in the tile that they poorly patched. That’s it.

This location is perfect! It's so close to Duval Street and right around the corner from the marina which has amazing restaurants and bars! We loved to eat and watch the boats come in. It is also just across the street from amazing shopping. We walked everywhere! It was my first time in Key West and my husband's fourth. He has stayed at the Hyatt Centric in the past. This hotel and location will not disappoint!

I can't think of anything I didn't like. I loved our room with the balcony. We were able to sit out on the balcony and watch the boats come and go. It's just an absolutely beautiful location and hotel!

Great location! Awesome staff! Complimentary key lime margarita while waiting to check in was a nice bonus. Great restaurants nearby, two blocks to Duval Street, and nice beach access. Clean pool and chairs were comfy providing different views. Self parking was plentiful.

Self parking was a little overpriced. $25 a day would be sufficient or free as some people would like to drive from Miami to see the beauty of the drive. The turtle pool needs resurfacing as it was dirty looking. Room was standard and nothing special for the price.

Beautiful location and very clean.

For the price, breakfast should at least be included. There was no Do Not Disturb door hanger. The coffee maker didn’t work properly. The iron leaked out water when trying to iron my dress using the steam function. The elevator was broken so I had to drag my heavy bag down the stairs by myself.

Best hotel in Key West in my opinion. The absolute perfect location right at Mallory square. Beautiful facilities inside and out. Absolutely amazing views out the rear of the hotel of the Gulf of America. The staff at this hotel was so good I'll be coming here for years to come. They were so helpful and accommodating.

Having to leave 😭

The gym is absolutely beautiful, room was a great size, layout was good, enjoyed the view and loved having the kitchen in the room. Staff were always super friendly and helpful.

When booking I hadn’t considered the hotel may be pet friendly, and as I have allergies to both cats and dogs, I definitely suffered at night, but didn’t put it together until my last night, and when asked was then told, that with 72 hours notice, they can do a deep clean and make a room “allergy friendly”. Wish I knew before, would have made the stay a 10/10!

This was our first visit to Key West, and it was a grand slam. Location is excellent, Staff was always friendly and eager to assist in any way possible. Our room was very spacious. The pool area and drink service was amazing. Staff was very helpful in recommending areas of interest and obtaining good transportation for us. We will definitely be back!
