The location of the property was perfect! Away from the noise of Duvall but close enough to wander there if we wanted to. Close to Mallory Square which is the place to be for sunset. The property itself was beautiful and the pool area was lovely. Right next to the cruise port but I believe they only allow in one ship per day so with the exception of having a look at what ship it was that day we didn’t really notice that.

Firstly, we did love this place and would definitely return. For transparency however - at 4am there was a hell of a lot of noise out the front by the car park for about 30 minutes. Not sure if it was possibly a delivery for the cruise ship or maybe emptying trash dumpsters. I’m ex cabin crew and can generally sleep through anything if I’m tired enough (which I was) but it was very loud. There were parts of the room that were a little tired. A chip out of our bathroom wall and scuff marks on the bathroom furniture. Also a lot of dust below the aircon vent in the bathroom on the wall. Just tiny little things but when you’re paying so much those tiny little “attention to detail” things should matter.

We really loved the property especially the location. The pool was great and the sunsets every evening were spectacular!

Our room was very small. In fact the bathroom, which was fabulous, was practically the same size as the bedroom. We felt like we were sleeping on a cruise ship LOL!

The staff is friendly, informative, and extremely personable! We felt we were staying at a friend's house rather than a commercial property. They helped us book a sunset cruise and called a taxi for us when it was time to depart. The room was spectacular, very clean, and met our every need. The poolside area was well-maintained and quiet, providing a relaxing respite from the day's adventures. Best of all, we were close enough to shops and museums, and there's a great variety of restaurants to choose from, all within walking distance. Overall, we could not have picked a better stay! We've been traveling to Key West for 30 years, and this resort is now at the top of our list! We expect to become repeat customers!

As much as we loved our view of the Gulf of Mexico, it was largely blocked whenever a cruise ship came into port almost daily. They didn't stay any longer than a day, but one was replaced by another and then another. In all fairness, the ships were not loud or obnoxious, but their sheer size crowded out most of the harbor. As a 30-year veteran of traveling to Key West, such a large vessel seems very out of place. There are other unobstructed views of the Gulf to enjoy if you feel the view is bothersome.

The property has a nice balcony to enjoy the sunset /sunrise overall the room was clean and ample and we had a great time next to the place that has a lot to offer...

Some of the staff were not very cooperative to facilitate our stay, but others went out of the way to accommodate the requests and questions we had from a place we had not been in 40 years.

This was our second visit with Hyatt Residence Key Club, and we felt like we never left. We loved our room, the very friendly and helpfiul staff, and our proximity to shops, museums, and other activities!

I have no specific dislikes from our stay. There was some work being done on the hotel during the day, but we were out most of that time, so the renovations did not effect our enjoyment of the room and facilities.

Great rooms, great pool, great location! The deep bath tub was a wonderful surprise.

My only negative review about the hotel is the mattress is very firm and not very comfortable. Also, they only gave us 3 pillows are pretty flat. I think an upgrade is in order.

We booked a one bedroom suite and was given the one bedroom condo. It was perfect for our group of girls since it had to full bathrooms!

Same suggestion as last year…a foam topper for the sofa bed would be great. The sofa mattress is super thin so you’re basically sleeping on a hard surface. Luckily I was the only one sleeping on it so I used the sofa cushions to make a raised platform in the middle of the bed.

Location and harbour view are amazing, pool facilities were nice and not too busy. Our studio was well equipped with a fridge and some crockery. Great big bathroom. Concierge staff were friendly and helpful. Resort was very clean.

Studio units have no view or outside space which meant we couldn’t spend much time relaxing in our room. AC unit is very noisy but it got too hot with just the fan on overnight. It didn’t bother us but the pool is under the flight path for the airport so quite a few planes passing throughout the day. There is no on-site bar. There were a few large iguanas around the pool which I understand is an issue generally in Florida but was not very pleasant.

the location was great for walking everywhere we wanted to go, the sunset was beautiful from our room and the staff was wonderful and accommodating.

people were out reserving the majority of the pool chairs at 7:00 am, most never even coming back out until the afternoon. there was a sign stating this was not allowed, but it was definitely allowed. (also pretty common anywhere you go).

we travelled with two teenagers and stayed in a one bedroom suite. location was absolutely perfect we walked to everything. the suite had a lovely terrace with ocean and pool views and was equipped with everything we needed including kitchen utensils. Kathy in the reception was so helpful and welcoming and really went out of her way to assist us. The sofa bed in the living room was ok but a bit hard for our taste. otherwise perfect we would stay here again!
