Great value bright and spacious 1 bedroom condo. Nice, spacious bathroom and shower with new tile. There are some new restaurants opening up just a short walk away off of Marigold Avenue. So the dining options in the area keep getting better. Your staff are always friendly and a joy to deal with.

See if we can convert one of the spaces to a fitness center Let's get some smart televisions into the rooms....the channel selection is otherwise just okay. Getting out onto Cypress parkway via that 3 way stop sign on Country Club Lane can get tricky. Be patient and pay attention when driving in or out.

I don't like that traffic light at the intersection of Cypress Parkway, Cypress Branch, and the access road near Family Dollar and Country Club Drive. That signal is just nasty...an accident waiting to happen. Be careful travellers. -okay, since you asked, I'd like Smart TVs in the units.

Exceptionally Clean. Nicely furnished. Good quality TV's. Nice lanai for morning & evening enjoyment. Staff responded quickly to our queries.

Some noise from the highway. Not enough parking. Leaving property to access the street was awkward. There is a very large pothole at the intersection that needs to be addressed. The 1 bedroom condo was quiet & peaceful, until the adjoining bedroom became occupied by strangers. We could hear their conversations as I'm sure, they heard ours. It left us feeling that our privacy didn't exist. They were not intentionally noisy, we could hear every word of their quiet conversations as well as coughing & snoring.

Your staff is so welcoming and friendly, so right out of the gate, things are looking good I booked the 1 br condo this time and it was fantastic. After a long day of yardwork, minor repairs, and improvements at my daughter's house nearby, it was SO RELAXING to come back to a bright and comfortable living space I think I want to live here!

I'm still waiting for you to build that fitness center 😉 I think SMART tvs would add customer value. We all know the basic channel selection in central Florida is limited.

This is our 2nd stay at Alhambra. Spacious and clean condos with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our unit had washer/dryer and recently remodeled walk-in showers. Resort has outside games, shady seating, pool and gas grills available - and easy walking distance to a Family Dollar store.

Traffic in the area can be difficult at certain times due to current roadwork improvements and the hot water for the shower was luke warm (temperature needs to be adjusted a bit higher). Otherwise, great place to stay for the money.

Great value . Fully equiped kitchen . Washer / dryer . Warm pool . Relax surroundings , nice to walk all around . Great and affordable golf course right next door (SOLIVITA country club) . Grocery , Walmart and major food chains around . Would come back for longer stay without hesitation . We had 13A

Not that we did not like and wasn't real issues but Wi-Fi was unstable at times . Traffic , also , can be quite slow on peak hours .

The villas are away from the bustle of the area's tourist attractions. Never the less the local traffic is never ending. There are many schools in the vicinity and the noise from trucks and emergency vehicles compound the traffic noise. The villas property is well maintained and haven for visiting families and provides a playground, pool that is somewhat heated, a shuffle board deck and a tennis court. The accomodation units are stocked with all the appliances and furnishings for self efficiency. There are several grocers within a 2 to 3 mile radius. You will definitely need a vehicle to make your stay doable. We stayed for two weeks in January.

No gym facility You can walk to a few places (McD, Walgreens Pharmacy) but crossing that highway along the crosswalk requires some speed and determination

I liked everything about this place. It was quiet and peaceful except for street noises and sirens, but that was okay . I loved the screened in patio, the comfort and cleanliness of our unit and the spacious rooms. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Alhambra Villas.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

I was blown away by the cleanliness of the rooms and the overall grounds of Alhambra Villas. The comfort I experienced while staying here exceeded my expectations and more.

The location is a bit far from most of the popular tourist attractions in central Florida, making them slightly less accessible.
