The front desk attendant provided me 5 star customer service and was very helpful and very nice

The parking lot and outside of the hotel has a lot of trash in the beautiful hedges and flower beds, and security cameras need to be placed to be place on poles in places in the parking lot areas especially to the south side parking lot area and light needs to be placed to the southwest side of the parking area where there’s hedges,bushes and it’s dark , well as lighting needs to be placed where you park at the west side entrance area and cameras placed there because it’s extremely dark and it’s a location where people will get robbed and murdered due to these security issues, and this is what attorneys will look at if anything ever happens, so alway cover yourself and enough lighting and security cameras are better than not enough of them…thanks

Excellent location, personnel at front desk were polite and made registration & payment fast..

Facilities should have a handicap equipments such as wheelchair or walker. Lack of bench or chair at the entrance makes way more difficult for handicapped person to register at front desk.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind . My room seemed very clean with the exception of no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the tub was not clean..

I didn't like the several false fire alarms and I did see ONE cockroach in my room, the bathtub was not cleaned/ no toilet paper in the bathroom...

LOVED IT THE KITCHENETTE WAS ABLE TO FEEL LIKE HOME... THE PULL OUT 2AS TERRIBLE TO SLEEP ON BUT EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL

Very pleasant and clean,price is very good.

The only issue was roaches which any place can have, but the hotel corporation needs to take care of that before they get worse and they might have even came there by unclean guest so you can’t always put the blame on just the hotel establishment.. just being completely honest.

Exactly as described, only a hiccup with the alarm in the room but afterwards no issue.

Fire alarm went off for 30 seconds, I ran out of the shower, but no further issues

The staff was very professional, polite and helpful.

The only thing I can say bad about the place is that I was able to hear every foot step of the people above me.
