What a great place! We had a one bedroom with sofa bed and 1 bath. There was plenty of space. The bed and sofa were extremely comfortable. The furnishings were well done. Free wifi is always nice. Love how the property is laid out and they offer so many amenities. Direct water access with incredible views and kayaks or bring your own . Fishing rods to use off the docks, beautiful swimming pool area, tiki hut and gas grills, parking for large trailers and much much more.

There was a little wear and tear and minute amount of mold in bathroom. Air conditioner in living room may need servicing. Other than that... Nothing!

Very clean room. Was an efficiency apt. Recently remodeled. . quiet location on bay with dock. Swimming pool and grounds clean and comfortable to relax in chairs and lounges on property. Each unit has a private porch or balcony facing pool area.

Prices are very expensive though I suppose standard at this time in Florida staff was efficient polite and business like but not very friendly or apt to engage in conversation. You need a car to get other places. Not a walkable area on a single dead end Residential street that leads to a main busy route lacking sidewalks for comfortable pedestrian use. .

Matlacha on Shoreview is always perfect! We love relaxing by the pool or having our morning coffee under the tiki watching the boats go out. Quiet, exceptionally clean and well appointed. Stacy is so pleasant and accommodating! Highly recommend this great spot, close to all Matlacha has to offer!💕

The floors inside are very pritty the whole place was very nice to stay in. Very clean. The staff was also very nice . They have kayaking thats free as well, and they give you info on great restaurants. It's all around a very nice place to stay. They have a nice view of the water, and the pool is super clean. Keep in mind because I overlooked this as well. You can not smoke on the patio. I was super excited to be able to sit out on the porch and smoke/relax, but they are very strict on the no smoking other than designated areas.

We arrived late in the evening. The room was clean and well stocked. We we so pleasantly surprised at the amenities, as we walked around in the morning. The property is nicely tucked in and surrounded by very expensive homes. We had such a pleasant stay, and plan on returning soon!

After hours check in was extremely easy, all completed online or via phone. The room had a full size refrigerator and a stove, with kitchen utensils

Didn't notice the $60 cleaning fee until after I had checked out. The ceiling fan was very noisy all night long. The walls were so thin I could hear the people next door talking at a normal voice.

This property is so quiet, peaceful and relaxing! Spacious areas for watching the boats go in and out, bbq and picnic area or just sitting and relaxing. Pool area is awesome and the room is comfortable and spacious.

This is a wonderful apartment that is well equipped and nicely decorated. The location is also beautiful. The staff is also very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend it.

Nice place and location Staff was very very nice! Went out of her way to get us 2 more bikes so we could all ride!

Wished maybe little more walking distance to town or beach but it was good!!!!

What a hidden gem this place is! They have gone above and beyond to make the property everything you could possibly want. It is a mini resort! The pictures online do not do it justice.
