Staff was very welcoming and helpful, went beyond duty. The rooms and lobby were spotless clean. Breakfast very generous.

Bath towels were on the smaller side 😌 Would also have appreciated more storage for clothes.

This hotel was very welcoming. The lobby has great seating areas and the complimentary breakfast was convenient and great. The staff was friendly and helpful and the property was very clean. The area was also very nice and it was only a 20 minute drive to Destin (by toll road).

I cannot think of anything to be improved. It would be nice to have a water bottle filling station on all floors instead of just the first, but that is all I can think of.

If I had to slightly complain about something it would be that the coffee pots where not always filled yeah that’s it that’s all I got. But I was Memorial Day weekend and it was busy and I really felt sorry for the people at the front desk as they where very busy

Very nice area. We went motorcycle riding. Hwy 20 was a great option. This hotel was on hwy 20. The building was nice and clean. All staff were helpful. The hotel is not on the busy beach side, only 20 minutes away.

The room was a bite on the smaller side.

I liked everything except the fact that I could not use my computer on the Wi-Fi in the room. My phone would connect, but my computer would not.

Wi-Fi did not work with my computer only my phone, Everything else was great.

We changed up our dates so we were there from Monday evening 7/24 thru Friday 7/28. It was contemporary and clean and the staff was always friendly.

It was odd to not have rooms checked on for those needing toilet paper, Kleenex & bathroom clean up.

There was only one chair in a room for two people. We found this to be unusual and very disappointing. Especially if you were trying to eat in your room.

Breakfast was great location great.

My room door kept locking me out .problem with door know. Also thought I would be given grevience discount. Family gathered together under name NAST. For death in family I Had to get my own room name SMOKER. No duscount.. Oh well... I still had an ok stay

Room was clean and comfortable. Shower had grab bar. Nice shower. Staff very friendly, courteous and helpful. Very convenient to where we were going and other attractions like Destin Commons and Silver Sands Mall. Will choose TRU next time we visit Niceville.

This was one of the best hotels that we’ve stay at in the past 4 months. I love the breakfast because the area was clean, great food and great company.

I didn’t like that there were animals like dogs staying at the hotel. I was uncomfortable at breakfast eating while there were dogs walking around the breakfast area.
