I Actually stayed here for Approximately 3Weeks Recently, And I was very pleased with absolutely everything! The staff was very friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and that I was satisfied. The breakfast was on point , there’s a variety of different foods available each morning! The Food area was well kept very clean and kept stocked! They provide coffee every morning like early early too! The laundry room was very clean too! The pool although I didn’t get to enjoy it I watched a lot of other folks and it looked clean as well! They are a NON SMOKING HOTEL , but they still offer a nice quiet picnic table located out back of the property for us smokers, which I think is courteous and thoughtful! Overall this is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at here locally in Jacksonville! I just wanted to shout out to my girl Diamond ( she’s amazing)I become friends with her while staying there she is a very thoughtful, very down to earth caring woman and anyone who gets the chance to meet her is truly blessed! <3

No Complaints

All the staff was very professional and did their best to male sure everyone's needs were met during my exstended stay at the hotel. Ms. Moon was extremely helpful in making sure my reservation extensions were smooth without any issues. The night staff kept control as best as he could with the amount of guests what were all over. He kept a very cool head and made sure everyone was taken care of despite how disrespectful some of the guest were when he explained they would have to wait for the towels to dry. He was very professional.

The light for the first night kept flickering. Then it stopped around the middle of the second night. The hotel had a lot of people all over the lobby and pool area. The staff did a good job keeping the peace but some of the guests were just outright disrespectful to them.

Much better than I expected. Very convenient to the military base and close to the interstate. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Breakfast was actually decent and not the average bagels and muffins. We are originally from Jacksonville and never considered staying there but this will be our go-to when we can't get a place on base. A+++

The only complaint is that there's not enough lighting at night if I want to read. Good natural light during the day with the window open.

The room was very spacious and very comfortable! I enjoyed the big king bed that was very comfortable. We had a lot of privacy and no loud noises throughout the night!

The breakfast was not really good. I had gravy biscuits and it was dry and the gravy had no flavor. My husband had the same but added cereal on the side and by the time he got everything ready for the cereal there was no milk.

Staff was extremely pleasant and very helpful. There was a small issue when I checked in. The gentleman running the desk dropped everything and helped correct the situation, and he never made me wait. He made sure it was made right and kept a smile the whole time.

The hallways were always dirty. The ice machine wasn't working on the 4th floor.

Even though I only stayed two nights it was very nice ( above my expectations). The hotel looked brand new. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was phenomenal. I would differently stay there again. :)

The ice maker only worked on the main floor. The view was a busy highway.

This was the best experience I've ever had. The over night desk person -Jonathan I think his name was, was absolutely amazing. I got in extremely late due to traveling and once I got checked in my room door was jammed but he walked me up to my room to see what the issue was. He also upgraded my room because he couldn't open it as well. Staff was very professional. During checkout, Javari was very professional and helpful also.

The fact I had to go home 🤣

Pet fees!! Excessive!! You don't charge for children, why pets? Most people who travel with pets take very good care of them and train them and are responsible! If an animal OR a human causes damage to the facility, they should be charged a fee. But not everyone else. I will NOT stay at BW again because of this policy to punish guests who should not be charged a fee. That's too bad too, because the hotel was acceptable for my stay.

Price was excellent. Room was spacious.

There were no lampshades on lights by bed, just bulbs. There was a water bottle on the floor when we checked in. There was a screw on the floor. My dog could have gotten it if I did not see it. Dog was eating a roach the morning we checked out. I believe the roach was dead but still the room could have been cleaned a little more.

Location and price were great

The hotel was undergoing a brand change the day we arrived and things were very hectic, computer issues, rooms ready. After we got checked in, the staff was great. They were very stressed as were the customers waiting !
