Breakfast was great everything you could want and was hot. Most hotels put low light bulbs in the rooms so you can’t see nasty , this property had very bright lights and you could see everything. Great location, close to everything and the interstate.

Let me have the room for half price? Just kidding. It was great. There was one thing but they are correcting the problem now. You have to make u turns to enter the property from the north and exiting the hotel to go south. When I go back that problem will be eliminated.

The hotel was extremely clean! Very impressed with the decor and cleanliness of rooms/bathrooms.

Our only complaint is how there were parents drinking at the bar while their young under 10 years old children ran around the hotel like it was a playground. There were young girls running up and down the hallway outside of our room screaming until 10:20pm when I finally addressed their behavior because they were waking our baby up. The walls seemed very thin. I felt awful for the hotel staff as it didn’t seem like they could do much to correct the irresponsible parents.

Why was I charged $199 for 5/15. I did not stay on 5/15. I stayed 5/17 to 5/20. Looks like I got an extra charge on my credit card? I paid in advance for my room. I should be getting $138 credit for the extra room I paid for that was cancelled? Please credit my card for extra charges.

The staff was AMAZING!!! JC went above and beyond and had great energy! Kitchen staff was very nice and the bartender I believe her name was Kelsey but she was awesome and so friendly! I will 100% be back to this hotel

The location was convenient, the staff was friendly, and it was near the naval base, where I needed to be early in the morning. There are also places to eat around it.

The view, but you really can’t change that.

Complimentary breakfast only consisted of fruit and coffee when the pay for the night was already over $150 after tax. Also, left a phone charger in room and was instructed that I would receive a call back to check, but they never called back.

The front desk personnel greeted me promptly upon entry into the lobby and was expeditious, personable, and professional. My room was clean and quiet. I did not experience House keeping banging on my door at 10:50a. A huge plus bc I usually check out on time and do not like to be rushed.

I loved our stay . I love the welcome we received. The inside was very beautiful and I would book again when we’re in town visiting family .

Water pressure in shower was great. King size bed and plenty of pillows. Keurig coffee maker in room. Breakfast was cooked to order.

The fitted sheet on the king bed was NOT king size, so it would come loose in the night. There was one towel bar on the shower door facing out (and one facing in). The lack of any other towel racks in the bathroom is annoying. There should be something available to hang a hand towel and/or a bath towel, and a wash cloth, other than over the shower doors.

Was very clean in the entry , the room very spacious and clean, I give you 10 of 10
