The beds are so cozy and the luggage carts are really convenient for transporting and my uncle’s luggage to and from the hotel room. I also appreciate that the bathrooms have those big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I also liked how there was more to the complimentary sandwiches this time. Last time I was there in June 2024, it was just the sandwich and a pickle, along with condiment packets. This time there was a bag of chips and a chocolate chip cookie as well. Very pleasant surprise.

The marketplace in the lobby has a decent selection of drinks and snacks. But every time I’ve been to that location over the past year or so, the freezers have a strong lack of frozen food variety, whereas on past visits, I’ve seen things like hot pockets and corn dogs in the freezers. It’s kind of disappointing. The freezers could use more variety. Like small microwaveable chicken sandwiches or pizza.

Excellent rooms and excellent front desk staff

Hotel rooms were clean and hotel front desk staff was excellent. Loved the self clean laundry option for washing and drying clothes.

Clean and quiet. You couldn’t hear neighbors. After the funeral some of the people still wanted to have a conversation together. So we all sat in the hotels media area for a few hours reminiscing about our loved one. The hotel reception was very friendly

Need more handicapped parking or ask people without handicapped parking plaques to move.

We had an issue with our room on the second night. But it was dealt with efficiently and professionally and we were moved to another room.

Breakfast was good. Staff was very attentive day and night. In-house bar was a plus. The Wells Rd location is just enough off the busy streets so's not to gamble your life pulling into and out of traffic.

I didn't like the weather.

Very friendly staff, we were greeted by the staff as we walked through the doors. Very clean hotel/room and the employees seemed very happy.

Very nice staff, clean room & bath. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice covered tables in smoking area. Restaurant and bar staff were very nice and food and drinks were excellent. Family friendly atmosphere and the building is very secure and safe.

The front desk staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating and provided excellent customer service. In addition, upon arrival, the front desk guy went above and beyond to assist us.

Basically, everything was good.

Very clean, welcoming, up to date, front desk staff was friendly, room was clean and nice, love they provided Dove products in the bathroom, and I actually could control the temp in the room
