Breakfast was probably the best I have eaten in at a motel. The room was very clean, bed comfortable. The location was awesome because it was just tucked into a spot that was out of the busy part Jacksonville.

We thought the restaurant would be available for us to eat dinner at on Saturday night. It was there but only one person working.... the Bartender. We left the motel to eat, and it was late by then and was really hard to find somewhere to eat that we didn't have to wait and hour. That was the only thing that disappointed us. Why advertise that you have a restaurant and not have the staff to work it.

Great location & clean

Upon check-in we were advised that there was a Jacuzzi, however there is none onsite. The staff further advised us that the “complementary” breakfast was $7.99. Not sure if they understood what complementary meant? The hotel was very nice, clean and in a great location for my purposes- however I wonder if a little more guidance is needed to help the staff proved accurate information upon check in. Definitely do not use the word complementary if there is a charge.

The staff was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and more than willing to help if you needed it. From the time you checked in to the time you left, they were very attentive.

The continental breakfast could’ve been a bit better. When booking the room, I booked the continental breakfast included. It still wasn’t free, but it was easier than having to pay for breakfast. The offerings offered a little bit to be desired. I have stayed at some more properties offering free breakfast, and the selection was much greater. I think it would be a better option. If when booking the room, it came with a buffet breakfast, not just a continental breakfast.

The staff the hotel in general was nice my daughter enjoyed the pool. And I was able to get a small workout in in the nice size gym. Overall great stay!

Reminder for room service to clean behind the desk areas in the room we found a bunch of dust and trash behind our due to our daughter toy falling behind there. And also maybe 4 face towel instead of just 2.

Location, gym, ability to have a drink/food at the restaurant

Duvet on the bed was stained and having to ask to get the room cleaned it was 3:30pm and had to ask the front desk after not getting it done the first day we were there

The hotel had a nice grass area around the back to walk our dogs with waste bins and bags included. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The lobby and restaurant was nice and the breakfast buffet was very good, we also enjoyed the pool and other amenities.

Bed was very hard & high. Partner is very short & had trouble getting into bed. Lobby and restaurant were very cold.

Everything is perfect, room, bathroom breakfast and the very friendly staff.

The AC unit in the room really needs some maintenance as it noisy when it is operating.

The linen smelled clean and fresh. The room overall was cleaned well. The location is good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the parking. My mother is handicap and I had to let her out and and find a park far from the front. Also there wasn't a microwave on the room and the fridge didn't get cold.

Breakfast was amazing!!!

The area is nice, but with the level of service this hotel gets I would have expected it to be in a more elaborate area. I would of expected it to be on the others side of Gate pkwy with all the other restaurants and attractions for easy walking for those that fly in without cars.
