Clean and comfortable. Older but refurbished. Did not eat breakfast but it smelled good. Nice location. Charming, scenic area. Good variety of food and restaurants close to Hotel. Nearby shopping. Beach is close to Hotel. Would definitely stay again, just for the wonderful staff.

Ice machine on 5th floor not working. Toilet is kind of loud when refilling

Overall design and cleanliness of the room, location of the hotel, staff is always friendly.

I wish ALL hotels had soft close toilet seats. If you've ever dropped one, you know what I mean. I think the same for the main hotel room door. I wish there was a better soft close mechanism for these doors. But these are both common at any hotel and not specific to Indigo.

The bar/restaurant was amazing the food was great the staff was absolutely fantastic the executive chef personally introduced himself to us

I did t like that someone at the front desk gave another couple key cards to our room in which they just walked right in in thankfully we were in there they were friendly about it and very apologetic about the mishap

The location was great. There are several restaurants nearby. It was fairly close to UNF, TPC, and a short drive to beaches. The staff was accommodating when I asked for extra towels and a blanket. The view of the lake was pretty. Area was safe.

The bed was a little firm for me, but my husband loved the pillows. They only put 3 sets of towels in our room which had four registered guests.

We ALWAYS stay at the Indigo when traveling to Jacksonville. It is beautifully decorated and looks exceptional every time we go. The breakfast is delicious and we enjoy the view out the back when dining. It's in a beautiful location and safe for walking and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The rooms are gorgeous and it is so quiet. The staff are patient and helpful. We appreciate everyone we met and will (of course) stay there again. We love it!!

Great stay, great location, good price, friendly staff, clean room, great amenities….only criticism is that it was noisy the first night stay. Sounded like a generator was running somewhere nearby on the outside of the hotel during the early morning hours. Disturbed my sleep

Staff was friendly. Shopping was about a mile away and it really did have something for everyone. The area is beautiful. Sitting next to the lake was nice. Check in was easy and hassle free. The bed was comfortable.

Our room was ok. I usually pay closer attention when booking so I don't book a pet friendly hotel. I don't because I am not a fan of pets but to each their own. Let me just say the hotel did not smell like pets and you wouldn't know they were there unless you saw them. Or, in my case saw the pet hair all over the room (surprisingly not the bed or chaise) and bathroom. The floors and bathroom could have used some extra attention. There were two wedding parties there so no room to changes rooms. Good thing I travel with Lysol and my own cleaning supplies. I did a once over and it was ok but I'd rather not show up and have to clean my room. Bed was good staff was friendly.

The staff as a whole was phenomenal. They were engaging, spirited, intelligent—good people! Conversations were had at check in, at the bar and in the restaurant.

Truely found nothing not to like- the Hilton Group made it easy!

The overall reception at the hotel was a very pleasant experience.

I didn't like that there wasn't a microwave in the room. It was inconvenient to walk to the lobby to use the only available microwave.

Lovely comfy room, amazing bathroom.

Reception staff unattentive, one man playing videos on his phone (on loudspeaker) behind reception for example. Bar rarely open, could not even get a cup of coffee in the evening.
