Breakfast was wonderful! Lots of choices! Fresh fruit, juice, and bottled cold water. First time having warm grits with shredded cheese on the side, nice! Lots of hot choice waffles chocolate and regular, bagels, whole wheat bread and yogurt and much more.. This was probably the best buffet breakfast ever!

It would have been nice to have a hot tub near the pool or in the room but Florida is kind of like a hot tub any way.

It was great. The Staff was pleasant and seek to reach my needs. The Host at the Front Desk was very kind and seek to give additional information to meet my need when I was about to leave she informed me that Shuttle Service was available to get me to the Cruise Line. She even took the time to call and make sure that my needs were met.

The Front Desk Staff especially the Lady who checked me out on Thursday she was awesome .She needs a trophy. She was so nice to me.and show so much care towards me as a guest

My stay at the Hampton Inn was awesome. The staff from the dining run to the ladies that cleans the room was very professional and pleasant. The food was awesome and the fact that the breakfast change gave an extra plus. When I visit Jacksonville again I will definitely stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites. Thank you again!

The only thing I didn't like was that the water when you take a shower doesn't drain out. The water drains out slowly.

Very nice staff…spoke with Michael when he checked me in we shared a birthday so we talked about that and he was very nice, check out lady was very nice as well did not catch her name. room was clean and comfortable! Breakfast was very good…the list can go on!

Nothing everything was great!

The staff was amazing. We were there because we had to evacuate our home in Tampa because of hurricane Milton. The entire staff could not have been more helpful. They were all extremely kind to my family during a very stressful time.

Hotel was beautiful and clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The lounge and sitting areas were very nice and comfortable and did not feel crowded

The fitness gym was very warm and did not have any way to make it cooler in there. Also there were no cups for the water cooler.

The location was most important to me because of the event that we were attending. It was close to everything like restaurants, gas stations and shopping. You could walk if you wanted to.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that they allowed pets. From my experience people tend to not follow the rules regarding the pets.

The rooms was very clean and the food was good.

I booked the room with a spa tub and when I arrived the room wasn’t ready and it was available. J had to get another room. Then the room she give me I get upstairs to the room and someone else is in there. Then the girl lies and say I gave you room 603 when she clear gave us room 608 cause she wrote it in the card paper

The front desk staff was super nice and friendly. Also another staff member showed us how to turn the knob to access the gym and other secured areas. He exalted, "I love my job", when we thanked him for his assistance. Most staff members we saw were really nice. Checking in and out of the hotel was super easy. The rooms were a really nice size and the location was spot on. There were a lot of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Parking was not a hassle. It's a great location with great staff. The breakfast was really good. I liked that they switched up the buffet items daily.

The staff member that is over the breakfast area. She had an attitude every morning during our entire stay. She was not helpful when we had questions about different things, such as plastic eating utensils. We actually had to defer to the front desk staff, who eagerly got us a supervisor that answered our questions about the breakfast area and its affiliated items.

Location was great we went for a cruise, close to plenty of restaurants, staff was nice.. they recommended a pub restaurant that was walking distance, very good.

The breakfast could be better, coffee machine was down the whole stay. Other then that it was great!
