Appears to be a newer property so condition wise, updated and very clean common areas. Sits off of the main road so private. Quick 15 min drive to JAX beaches. Pool, grilling and patio areas were free of trash and the furniture looked in great condition. My room was comfy and thoroughly clean! I appreciated the laundry and balcony for fresh air. Although it was a holiday, sold out and I saw a few guests with rather big dogs out walking, I rarely saw any other guests or heard any noise—from guests or pets. I was impressed by that. Check in was a breeze. The staff I encountered were all friendly. I’d be back!

The balcony didn’t have any furniture so I guess it’s meant for you to just stand on it. Also, since the property borders the highway, it was excruciatingly LOUD to even leave the balcony door open, let alone stand outside for a moment of peace. A small broom (for sand) would be very helpful for guests coming from the beach, especially since housekeeping is once a week. There are no ice machines on the property. However, maybe the housekeepers can turn the ice machine on, after cleaning a room, so that there is ice in the fridge for the next guest.

I liked how the property was set back behind a business plaza. It’s off the interstate but the noise is nonexistent. The online check in/out was nice. The room I booked was overbooked but I was helped professionally. The room was clean, relatively spacious, and updated. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice and the balcony was also nice. I liked the kitchen, as it gave the room an apartment feel. I will be staying here when I visit Jacksonville again.

I didn’t like how our room wasn’t serviced while I stayed there. I’m used to the service but there’s a washer and dryer in the room so I figured that’s for that reason.

I love the idea of having a kitchen in the rooms. Very convenient and comfortable at the same time.

The property is an excellent place to stay/visit and location as it is close in proximity to all other eating and shopping places. However, the staff is not friendly at all, and lacks customer service skills! Especially the Black female with a supervisor/manager position! She lacks people skills and refuses to talk to you, even if you ask her a question, that is the only problem that I have with the facility! She's cold and should not be working with the public.

Loved the front desk team, especially the lovely teammember that checked me in. I forgot her name but she & the GM were very accommodating when I wanted to switch to a higher floor. Once the property is finished with the renovation, it will be very nice overall.

Only one way in and out to the property; at end of corporate park road felt isolating to me personally. Scored low on cleanliness and facilities only due to renovation at the time of stay

Location was fine for our needs. We only stayed one night but if I had to stay a length of time I would highly recommend this place. The coffee was great but did not know you had it until we left. The room was clean and comfortable and very roomy. For the price it was excellent! I would definitely stay there again.

The highway was a little noisy . The smell of other peoples food cooking was annoying but better after closing the door. The hallway wreaked but that is unavoidable I guess. No one told us there was the awesome coffee machine downstairs. Wish I had known.

I liked the location. It was isolated but you do not have to drive far to get to downtown, nice restaurants, or shopping centers. The room had everything even a washer and dryer which I didn’t expect. The facility and room was clean. The small issues we had with the remote and the key cards were quickly taken care of. Our needs were taken care of and the staff were respectful and friendly. I would recommend others to stay and would stay again myself.

Really don’t have any negative about the property.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone, especially if traveling alone. Everything was extremely clean and inviting. The staff was very nice. I was traveling on my motorcycle and felt very safe leaving my bike in parking lot. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in a hotel and that’s comparing it to much more expensive hotel chains. Will definitely stay again even if event/occasion is farther away. Loved this hotel!!

There was absolutely nothing that I did not like! If I have to say anything there is no breakfast offered except coffee.

Literally studio apartments with stove top, cooking utensils, washer/dryer. Clean property, friendly staff, great location tucked away with many options food/shopping nearby.

My only complaint would be the hairs in the towels, which the front desk replaced with no issues and apologies. Also, the washer/dryer closet leaked water when taking a shower, reported it to the front desk and they put a ticket into maintenance, no issues!

Seemed like a new property and they were still getting things together. With that being said I still enjoyed my stay as the room was clean and the value* was great especially considering other properties in the area. There’s considerable restaurants, stores, and entertainment venues within 10 minutes of the property. I would most definitely stay at the property again.

*Although the property was great value the only things I didn’t like about the property was they hold $100 for incidentals and there’s no breakfast options.

Everything was absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in till the moment we left!!!! Book your stay here close to shopping and grocery’s!! Full kitchens stocked with everything you need to cook 👩‍🍳 the staff is hands down absolutely amazing 💜
