10/10……From check in to check out everything was perfect!!! The room was clean , the bed was comfortable, the separated rooms were great and VIEW !!!! The view was absolutely amazing, We literally slept with the door open at night during our entire stay… The walk to the beach was great , not far at all.. The complimentary towels were nice as well…. This will definitely be my go to when I’m in Jacksonville!!

Would have been nice if breakfast was included but it wasn’t a dealbreaker!!!

This hotel is a great place to stay. We have stayed there several times within the last 10 years. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The views from the balcony are awesome. The room is wonderful. It is very relaxing and we have family nearby to visit us. The meals we have had at the hotel are varied and tasty. There are so many great restaurants nearby to walk to. Everything is at your fingertips.

As long as we save sufficient funds we will chose this hotel hands down everytime.

The breakfast setting. There was a young lady who worked in the breakfast area each morning of our stay named Crystal. She was delightful and very pleasant. She made every morning a pleasure by making sure my family has an amazing breakfast.

We booked through Booking.com and requested a handicap assessable room, but some how this information was not communicated with the hotel directly. My father did not have a handicap assessable room on Thursday, but was able to get one for our last two nights.

Truly outstanding bteakfast. great beds made to sleep better. The beach was not crowded. Mostly people staying at the Hotel.The staff was the friendliest I have delt with in a long time. It was refreshing to deal with caring people. The Ladies in the Kitchen/Bar crystal and Yolanda Deserve special mentioning.

Room was beautiful. Ocean view was the best. Staff very attentive, helpful and accommodating. Lift to the pool was great and staff, especially Carlos, went out of his way to help me into the spa. There was an accessible route to the beach and there were beach wheelchairs available to allow those with mobility impairments the ability to get onto the sand.

The wheelchair accessible room's balcony had a lip so I couldn't access it in my power wheelchair.

The location and facility were excellent. The beach was wonderful.

The cost of breakfast was too high for the quality. The chair rental guys on the beach were terrible. I paid ahead for three days and every day i had to ask for a chair and umbrella to be set up. They gave the chair away when ever I got up for an hour to get food or go to my room for a while.

Dennis the front desk manager made me and my husband's week!!! He upgraded our room because he saw that it was our 17th Year Anniversary and my birthday!! WHEN I TELL YOU THAT WAS THE BEST GIFT...IT WAS ALL THAT!!! The property is very clean and the OOOCCEEAANNNN!!! Is right there! I love this property and will be back!

The breakfast staff was exceptionaly nice and good. You need to add GRITS on the menue!. Oh, front desk people were very good and friendly.

My wife noticed a couple of small bugs, which she thinks were hiding in the curtains,(suggestion, staff needs to vacum and check curtains at every check in

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent.

The bathtub/shower configuration was a bit dangerous. Very slippery trying to get into the bath. The bath sink drain was broken.

We loved the large lobby, and roomy covered patio when it started to rain. The walk to the beach was easy, and pool area was clean. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, beach shops and drug store. It was a great experience.
