The staff was excellent. From Barbara, who vacuumed the floors to Megan at the front desk and I can’t remember the other ladies name was Ciara. She was amazing to the lady who was from Australia, who did all the breakfast she was a doll and Josh replaced a broken refrigerator for me and was very respectful. The staff was a highlight of my stay!

I really didn’t like that. My room was a cleaned every day. It was only given fresh towels when asked for more than $1000 and staying there for five nights. I really felt that my room should’ve been cleaned every day I did tip the staff because they were so very polite.

I hate the extra money for the incidental fees and for parking. If people come to your motel, where do you expect them to park, but in your parking lot and you charge them for parking there that is not fair, I don't feel like that's a thing that people should do to people when we're coming to your motel and spending money with you. That is why a lot of people are looking into airbnbs, at least we just rent the place that we're gonna stay in and don't have to pay extra money for incidental fees or parking, it doesn't make sense.

The front desk are all nice, friendly, very helpful with your needs and concerns. The room was clean and spacious for 5 of us in the family. The only thing is you can’t use the closet in our assigned doom as it was stuck, you can’t opem it. Also, there is just one day where wifi is down but other days it’s strong. There’s always coffee and tea at the lobby. Spa, exercise room are all good for us. Breakfast on each day are good. Walking distance to the store and beaches. Ty.

Charging for parking is just another tax that you add on to make it more expensive. The hotel charged $10 a day. That really adds up. Get ride of the parking fee. I will look elsewhere where there is free parking.

Apparently, I didn’t read when I booked (I do not recall seeing that part) that there’s a $12 a day parking charge. I wish I would’ve known the pool was out of order. I would have picked another hotel. We did have the option to the hotel across the street & use their pool but the inconvenience was awkward.

My stay was a good stay and the staff was very accommodating due to a booking error on the part of Booking.com.

When I arrived the hotel reported they didn't have the spa King suite I originally booked with Booking.com. They stated that booking.com is considered a third party company & they have experienced problems in the past in which customers are promised specific rooms and upon arrival those specific promises or requests are not available. I was very disappointed and looked forward to a spa bath after a long drive and had to settle for a room without the spa tub. They did accommodate me the next day. However, as a third party, it would make life much less stressful during travel if you could be sure what you offer is available as my disappointed makes me consider avoiding third party sites like this one in the future.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. Pool was nice. Location was perfect.

There were some renovations going on during our stay, but the staff explained everything to us at check in. Not a big deal, the noise was minimal. Parking fee was waived for the "inconvenience".

I don't remember asking for a quiet room, but the hotel was great. It was quiet, clean, and close to the beach for a fraction of the cost of the ones across the street! Breakfast on the weekends could be earlier. We had to be at a tournament at 6:45 so our girls were unable to grab breakfast before we left. Kind of bummed about that, but otherwise, very satisified.

Great location with just a short walk to the beach. There are quite a few decent restaurants nearby, within walking distance and/or a short drive. The breakfast was tasty, nothing special, but good. The room was clean. And the staff was helpful and pleasant.

Not a huge fan of the $15 per day parking, but there is free parking close by. Although I imagine during peak season, the free spots would have all been taken.
