The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We were granted a late check out and were able to use the pool until we needed to catch our flight. The location / ocean front room was fantastic. The heated pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The scenery was great with easy access to the beach.

We ate at the restaurant and the staff and food were good but the cleanliness of some of the plates, mugs was substandard. The buffet was not monitored very well, empty or low on some of the items. No one visited the room Saturday when we were out do the coffee was not replaced for our two night stay nor was there any room service.

It was nice stay where the staff was very helpful and friendly. Also the it had a beautiful view of and easy access to the ocean/beach.

There were a lot of things that needed fixing on the property. How can a hotel with 7 floors have only one elevator working on top of the fact there was only one elevator bank created in the first place. Also, I can’t believe there was no room service. You could either eat in the hotel restaurant or take your meal to go.

The location to the beach was great. The pool and hot tub were awesome, nice warm water, and color changing lights, way cool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice setup

One elevator was out of service, but this didn' t really cause long delays. They missed cleaning our room twice, but front desk got us towels and etc. Room fridge was really small, but still a nice room

Four couples traveled to Jacksonville, FL so our husbands could play Sawgrass. While the guys were out golfing, the girls relaxed by the pool and at the beach. Towels were provided at the pool and beach service was offered. We loved having access to an outside bar with an option to also order food. This allowed us to stay put all day! We stayed 3-nights total. The hotel was great and just what we were looking for. We did have dinner out each night, but you certainly could have eaten there. In the mornings, they offered a breakfast buffet along with the option to order from the menu. Starbuck's coffee was an added bonus. The room was on the smaller side, but had everything we needed including a small couch, which is nice when staying more than overnight. Our room was super clean as was the entire property. The location was perfect and close to many restaurants. Super fun trip!

If I had to say one negative, it would be the parking. The lot is small, but they did offer additional parking across the street. Not a deal breaker!

We was locked out of our room for 20 mins due to the key card would not work. After going to the front desk and getting new key cards just to find out those didn't work either. I headed back to the front desk to inform the receptionist that the new key cards didn't work either, she then called for maintenance to come check the door. After waiting on maintenance for 10 mins he came to the conclusion that the key card lock needed new battery. Now we sit and wait another 10 mins for him to go down stairs to find batteries. But other than that everything else was amazing..

The location was amazing right on the beach. The rooms as well as the rest of the hotel was always clean with stocked fresh towels by the pool. The staff was nice and always smiling. The views and sunrises were spectacular.

At the time of check in I was told that there is a fee for parking but it would be "on us" however I was still billed. I believe that was a miscommunication between staff switching at time of check in. We arrived early, however both of our rooms were not ready at check in time of 4pm. We got our first room at 4:30 and the second room at 6. The staff was apologetic, however after 2 days of driving we were hopeful for an early check-in.

Very nice place to stay! However parking fills up quick but right across the small road with mostly foot traffic is the overflow not a problem at all Very clean, nice beach access,awesome beach oceanfront view, quiet,close to the pier,comfortable beds,friendly front desk,very safe,decent pool bar,relaxing atmosphere

Cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Guests were friendly. Property is cute.

Parking is very tight close to the hotel. Does have availability across the street. Breakfast is expensive, and although many selections are offered, the taste was mediocre. Costs $22. Also, was not able to view the ocean from the outside patio due to the thick grass blocking the view. That was not really clear in the photos. There were no Oceanfront rooms left. If you go, be sure to book an Oceanfront room, if you like to sit and watch the waves from your hotel.

The location was great. Every staff member was friendly and competent. Kudos to the staff.

The air conditioning in our room was a little lacking. The room always felt a little sticky and it couldn't quite pull the moisture out of the air. Other than that, the room was spotless and very clean. Also...those TVs were sooo slow. It was painful to use the streaming services provided (which is a cool idea).

The staff was incredibly friendly. We were always greeted with a smile from the maintenance workers to the hotel staff…very pleasant people to be in company with each day!

Our refrigerator in our hotel room did not work properly.
