The hotel location was perfect. Just as they described it, it was not far from the beach or the church that we came to for Easter weekend. The hotel was clean and beautiful. I LOVED the fact that they had additional handicapped parking under the carport in the rear of the hotel and our room was just inside of the door. My granddaughter and her husband's room was upstairs, and they have an elevator so I could spend time with them as well. The hotel is wonderfully priced and set up for handicapped people perfectly! Breakfast was fantastic and I've never seen a pancake maker before (THAT WAS GREAT!) Whenever I travel, it is hotels like this that I look for. Beautiful accommodations, extremely polite staff, excellent location and fantastically priced!!!! Our visit was OUTSTANDING!!!! Thank you to the owners and the great staff that made us feel welcomed!

If I had to complain about anything (and I won't), The air conditioner kept leaking in the room and the carpet was wet and after a day or so it started to smell musty. We survived it! no complaints.

The location was very convenient for us. It was just myself and my teenage daughter. The check in staff was super friendly and very quick! I was glad to see it was indeed pet friendly, as the staff came around and loved on a guests pet during their check in, which absolutely made me feel good about the place. We were on the 2nd floor, end of the hall room. The stairwell was beside us which I found to be very nice for myself. The beds were very comfortable and clean, the shower made me so jealous lol as it was huge! The breakfast is legit worth it, the veggies omlettes were on point! I definitely will be staying at this place again. Also... the fire alarm went off when we were there, not sure if it was because we went out a door that we weren't supposed to? But we had been going in and out of the same door all weekend so not sure if we did... sorry if it was us! 😂

Legit the only issue we had was our window over looked the pool and kids can get rowdy sometimes. Wasn't the hotels fault really and that just me being a Karen I suppose lol but that's the only complaint we really had.

Friendly staff. The hotel is very clean and so is the pool. Beds are comfy pillows are comfy. They have a good spread for breakfast.

Great hotel, but further away from the beach then wanted. It was about nine blocks from the beach. So the description of how close it is to the beach is not true further than it leads on

The hotel was spacious and clean. The bathroom was huge for a hotel bathroom. Had a good sized tub and stand up shower along with great mirror lighting! Bed was comfortable and customer service was so nice. We had booked a hotel for Saturday and Sunday but came in early and they didn't have vacancies but this hotel was better than the one we had booked! If I could've gotten a refund I would have extended our stay to the Holiday Inn.

The only con was the road noise as it's just off a main drag. Once I fell asleep it didn't bother me though!

Best staff ever. Friendly, courteous, helpful. Great breakfast, nice pool, overall cleanliness. Appreciated small store for food. Very glad to have both fridge and microwave in room and ice available around the corner.

Room had musty smell first day. Window opened to pool view, but table set in front of window. Not comfortable when people sitting there and several moved when they realized I was in room.

The lady that checked us in went out of her way to get me a comfortable room. I needed a handicapped shower, and she got it on the first floor. The breakfast was a regular breakfast I would have had to paid 10 to 15 dollars for; it was very good. The motel was quiet. There was a parking deck right out the back door so we could leave if it was raining and not get wet. There was several restaurants close by. I was there to go to Mayo, and a great stay helped!

Affordable, clean and comfortable place to stay near the beach. There is a little city park just behind the hotel where I could walk my dog. Restaurants are all around. Not a beachy vibe here though. Busy traffic out front but so worth it to stay here. Beds were very comfortable. Pillows sheets towels are all perfect. Very clean. Nice staff.

Had a fantastic time. The staff is amazing. Very friendly. Welcoming and our house keeper was amazing. Very clean and had adelucious full breakfast every morning.very pet friendly and wrlcomibg. Very close to beach. Perfect location for everything, stores restaurants especially the beach. Beds are extremely comfy and wi be our go to spot when visiting jacksonville beach. Check in was extremely easy and all the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel like we were home. Easter Sunday and the little kids were up early finding Easter eggs. How cute.

The air didn't work as good at night in the room but was told they were waiting on some parts but that didn't stop us from having a fantastic time. A few things didn't work in room but Heath the maintenence guy was right on it. Heath fixed everything and replaced the outlets and safe and chamfer out the telephone. The last night we were there we were awaken by some rowdy guest next door at 230 am and had to call manager 2 times to handle situation,. She was right on it and had to tell them twice to calm down or leave. I was going to call a 3rd tome after they woke our daughters but after 2 hours they finally stopped. Overall, we had a fantastic time and will definitely Italy be back.

The room was clean for the most part. The bathroom was nice. We were only there for 1 night. If you are in need of a hotel close to Mayo Clinic, this is a great location. It was only 8 minutes away. We didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast (although it looked great) we had an early check out.

The air filter for the AC was dusty and set off my allergies. It probably needed to be changed. Other than that I do not have any complaints.

The staff was extremely friendly. Especially the 2 front desk attendants we encountered. The room was clean. Housekeeping delivered more towels when necessary. Our daughter was there for a Mayo Clinic appointment. She was experiencing a lot of pain Monday night. The male front desk attendant was beyond understanding and empathetic. THANK YOU.
