The Hotel was clean, modern and affordable. Ended up with a handicap room which I got when asking for a room closer to the main door, as I was exhausted from a multi week road trip and did not have the strength to roll a cart full of suitcases and bags down a long long hallway on the 3rd floor. The bathroom was a bit odd with one common floor from the shower to the rest of the bathroom but wheelchair accessible. Might need that someday.

Wish there was 24 hr coffee bar and with non milk alternative. International non-dairy coffee creamer keeps forever as does coffee mate, whatever. 1/4 of all adults are lactose intolerant. So this is not a specific complaint, but more for most hotel breakfast bars, or coffee bars. Also wish there were smaller carts for luggage. The big ones are so hard to maneuver in and out of a room esp. with the auto shut door to battle. Again another general observation. Hope someday someone hears this and agrees.

Very nice room. The king bed was super comfy. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful.

Slamming doors! The doors seem to automatically slam close unless you hold onto them to slowly close. We could hear many other guest rooms with their slamming doors. So noisy. The only downside about this place.

Fire alarm went off after 1 am Monday and had to evacuate building False alarm and it ruined my night I’m 75 and a heart patient and sleep with CPAP It was not easy to deal with

I did not have a chance to experience the breakfast, but the overall stay was great, I booked the spa room with the king size bed. The room was clean and very spacious. I have already recommended this hotel to friends who are looking to get away just for a relaxing weekend. The staff was very friendly and professional as well. I'll definitely book again.

The mini refrigerator did not work to well.

Clean, no carpets in room! Dove soap and body cream, nice touch! Breakfast cinnamon rolls delicious. About 10 minute drive to beach, restaurants.

Ice maker was NOT working! Shower cap would have been nice. No free water bottles compared to some cheaper hotels that offer this. Upgrade to room with jacuzzi. Next time I would prefer different kind of upgrade. We don’t like jacuzzi in room.

The shower head and water pressure was awesome.

Could hear movements on the floor above us very easily.

King Bedroom Suite. Very clean Hotel Room. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was good. Very Good Hotel!

The walls are a little thin, so we did hear some noise (sounded like kids running around). But it wasn't unbearable noise :)

Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, good location to the Mayport Naval Station, and the shampoo and body dispensers was a good touch.

The air conditioning made an occasional odd noise, not the steady tone like most air conditioners.

We stayed just for a night, and we loved everything about this hotel - it is very well maintained and very clean, the towels and bed linen were white and looked fresh. We liked the breakfast - nothing fancy but still variety was great - hot omelets and sausages, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruits, pancakes and sweets, tea/coffee. Another good point - they offer a free parking. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and will be happy to book it again. Thank you!

the room was clean and the breakfast was good and the bed slept really good.

well we had like 6 centipedes crawling on the floor in the bathroom and near our bed but we killed them. then the people above is kept stomping there feet and hitting on stuff they were very noisy. then the wifi kept going out for some reason couldnt get good signal but besides that everything else was good
