This by far was one of the most pleasurable experiences I have ever had. Everything was perfect from location to the room. Phillip from the front desk even texted to make sure we had everything we needed. He recommended we have dinner at the on sire restaurant. It was excellent also. What a wonderful experience we had from beginning to end!

The hotel is very convenient to Sawgrass, which is where we wanted to be. There are good restaurants in walking distance and a grocery store and pharmacy. Virginia at the front desk was above and beyond and so helpful and friendly, always greeting us by name with a smile.

The maid put queen sheets on our king bed but once we reported it, they came right uo and changed it. We liked everything.about this Hilton.

When checking, our rate was increased from what Bookings quoted. Finally, I convinced the clerk to accept your quoted rate, but this was frustrating and wasted about 30 mins. time. Rooms could use more furniture for their size. Not thrilled with renovations…no charm. Also, nothing is free except parking and WiFi (i.e. breakfast).

Laura was the person who helped me check in. She was very professional and greeted me with a beautiful smile. I got this room for my sister and brother-in-law as a birthday get away and Laura made it as painless as possible. The facility was very clean. The accommodations were wonderful. Bed was extremely comfortable so I was told! The location was perfect and centered around lots of walking shops and eateries.

The pillows were horrible ended two of them just for some support . I did not get a good nights rest the entire stay

What breakfast? We ate somewhere else we did not have breakfast at the hotel. The location was good and lots of stores and restaurants.

What I didn’t like was that they gave me a bill of $454.93 when you quoted me a prize of $385.79 for both days , so what happens now!

This hotel is an incredibly good value hotel for the nearby area. It's situated next to an outdoor mall with good food and dessert options while being close to the golf resort and country clubs. Staff are nice and it offers the standard Garden Inn experience.

Chase, who is the main staff member who assisted with our hotel stay, went above and beyond to help us and surprised us with gifts for our wedding! Thank ypu!

The pillows in the room weren't comfortable but loved the room and will stay again!

It was a very good location for our purposes.

The staff was not very friendly. I am only mentioning it because this is my 2nd or third time in a Hilton Hotel where I noticed it.

We traveled with our 2 young children and we love to have the kids sleep on the pull out bed while we slept in the separate king bed. In the morning we push the bed back into the couch and the kids have plenty of room to hang out and play.

The bathroom was a good size but the light was very very bright. If you are going to the bathroom in the middle of the night there is no choice other than to turn it on and blind yourself. I ended up moving the lamp from the desk area to the bathroom for just this reason.
