We LOVED the location! The STAFF is amazing from front desk, to house keepers. The rooms are great sizes ! Nice tv. The bathrooms were small but not really a problem. This Holiday Inn was the BOMB! The beds were comfortable! Oh and the breakfast was on point! It was a small continental but it was worth it and included in the price. Would definitely book again! Thank you guys again ! Our fridge did look like it needed to be clean but we just cleaned it out ourselfs and prayed that GOD take care of the rest. The hotel could use a little touch up here and there interior wise But other than that no complaints.

Check-in was easy. Greeted right away. The room was clean for whatever reason. I thought the bathroom was great,the lighted mirror to soap and lotion on dispenser on the wall. Also in the shower bodywash shampoo and conditioner in a dispenser on the wall. Tv was easy beds comfortable. Just overall really good experience!

I do not like that the smoking area is right on the other side of the driveway right outside of front doors. I am a nonsmoker and would like to go out enjoy the cool morning air with a cup of coffee and do a little prayer and meditation.

I loved how close it was to Mayo Clinic for me and my husband. We will definitely be back next year.

When we got to a room, it felt like the floor was wet. We got a shower and it got even more wet so I think they were having some plumbing issues but they gave us a room with no issues.

What didn’t we like!! The location of the property was exactly where we needed it to be. The front desk agent her name was LINNE was absolutely fantastic highest customer service super friendly service with a smile. The room was great. The bed was so comfortable. It was extremely clean. Zero complaints will definitely stay again.

I love the value, cleanliness, and quality of this hotel. The grounds are well kept. The breakfast was tasty and well organized. King sized bed very comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. I love the Keurig coffee makers in the room, and the availability of tea k-cups.

The lighting in the rooms could definitely be improved. I do not like green mountain coffee, so I bought my own at Publix. The layout of the bathroom is not organized. For example, if one person is on the commode, the other person is blocked from using the sink.

Location was fine . Breakfast foods should be replenished as they are emptied midway through the breakfast seating . Other than that very clean relatively comfortable.

Due to the schedule appointments at Mayo we didn’t have to be up very early . Breakfast started at 6 ended by 9:30 by 8:15 some of the breakfast things were not replenished.

Friendly staff, clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows and a lot of amenities… Nice coffee selection in the room, microwave, full size hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Close to Mayo Clinic and decent price for value. I did not get to try the breakfast, but maybe next time. I will return for my next Mayo appointment.

Only complaint is I couldn’t get one side of the closet door open to reach the iron and ironing board, but hubby was able to reach them.

The location was outstanding. I found the area to be upscale. In addition, it was close to Mayo Clinic, two good shopping centers, and a few good restaurants.

There was a microwave, but no utensils nor a single microwaveable bowl or cup, or dish. I couldn't make a cup of tea or soup because when the breakfast was over, there was no way for me to heat water in the microwave. I minded this because it was quite cold during my stay.

I do not eat breakfast, but my husband said the food was good and so were the selections. Place was very clean and well maintained. I absolutely loved the keurig coffee maker in our room as I am very picky about my coffee. Having the Publix so close by was awesome too. Beds were perfectly comfortable.

Bathroom size a bit small with inadequate lighting, Bathroom door too close to commode. Very challenging for a husband and wife to share as the layout of the bathroom was not well planned.

The location is great. I've stayed at a couple other properties in the area. I prefer this one because it's in a slightly less busy area, close to the Publix shopping plaza and dining options that I enjoy.

The breakfast wasn't stocked up very well at 8:30am with an hour left until it closed. It's been better on past visits. I was looking forward to a signature sticky bun and they were all gone. The eggs were empty, I got the last piece of sausage and the pancake machine wasn't working.
