The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful.

There was a bit of a mix up in my reservation. I could not find a confirmation in my email and researched my original reservation. I found a hotel with the same name and went there but there was no reservation. The staff mentioned a hotel about 7 minutes from where I was and we checked there and we were commentated. I was able to find my Booking number but that was of no help at the time. I was hoping to be able to contact Booking.com by phone but could not find a way to do that. It all turned out OK, but I was disappointed with the fact I could not find a way to get help from Booking.com.

It was very clean

The front clerk was rude for no reason. We couldn't sleep due to room next to us they kept beating on the walls. Breakfast wasn't out. When I went down to checkout the shied at the front desk was down. Heard people talking loudly behind it. Me & other customers was standing there for a about 10mins before leaving.

Loved everything!!! Hotel/room was quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and accomodating. It is pet friendly but that wasnt a bother if i didnt pass other guest with their pets i wouldnt have even known animals were there. Hotel is in a perfect location near stores, restaurants, and highway. Had to get my own pots, utensils, and plates but the stove top was handy in my almost 2 week stay, we didn't have to eat out every night. Laundry room on site and we were able to change out dirty linens/towels whenever we needed.

This question in regards to breakfast is Not applicable, previously breakfast was available but not this time

A Resident had pets, dog that barked every time We went in or out of our room. Arrived after midnight, there was no tissue in bathroom, had to go downstairs to retrieve a roll. Had to request maid service the next morning.

Full size fridge is a plus, plenty of storage, staff is nice

being charged for keys that did not work after hours my stay was paid for could not be told why the keys did not work, also some guests have dogs who occasionally pee in the stairs and the owners don't clean up after their pets.

Loved the room, it was clean and had a private bathroom, full size refrigerator & full kitchen. Location was great, close to 295 so easy to travel around Jacksonville

Room was clean, but smelled like heavy bug spray. No bugs or any evidence of bugs but the smell was off putting. Glad I brought some disinfectant spray to mask the smell.

I didn’t like that this hotel doesn’t have complimentary food and drinks no coffee for guest. No handicap button on outside door for people with disabilities that can’t pull the door open.

The location is great, cleanliness inside and out the staff is so accommodating, with a pleasant attitude you won't be disappointed,

I didn't like the elevator, the noise and the shaking it makes, and it didn't have a ice machine nor a business center, if you need to print documents. Housekeeping can be a little more tiddie.

First off, the hotel was centrally located to everything I wanted to experience and get to during my stay. The room was of a minimalist design and nice size but that was a good thing.. Even the laundry room was a huge plus to be so convenient. Plenty of parking, even coming in late. The best part about the hotel was the staff. They were truly about their business and personable.. I don't know how the other locations are but I highly recommend this one. 5 stars. Plus, I'll be back.
