Staff has always been friendly && has made us feel at home during our stay we are one of the many displaced families from a large house fire months ago.. Ms Roxi && everyone we've ever had to talk with in the office or for minor things like a light change were more than polite && made sure to respect our privacy && made sure my family felt hope as we worked, saved $$ && are about ready to get into a home.. this has been the best part of a hard time in my families personal tragedy.. we are grateful places like Studio 6 && Ms Roxi were here for us!!

The general manager Roxy is absolutely AMAZING! She is a wonderful person always smiling, upbeat & ready to help people every single day. I've visited many hotels over the years & even a few just a couple months ago and the staff at every one of them was unpleasant, rude, unprofessional - just terrible customer service. Studio 6 on Baymeadows Rd Jax, FL the entire staff, management, housekeeping, even maintenance are all so friendly and helpful 24-7. I highly recommend this place. The rooms are WAY bigger & nicer than other hotels, they even come with a kitchen with a stove top! The prices are by far the BEST and offer so many other amenities.

Convenient location and spacious room, bed was big and comfortable. The amenities in the room were great. The bathroom was beautiful and the bath tub and shower were perfect. The lighting was okay could use a light over the little kitchenette, thr fridge was a full size fridge 😄 very enjoyable stay

They only give you 2 pillows we asked for more and the hotel accommodated. I would definently run over to the dollar store and grab a broom as there's no carpet and the floor gets gritty quick. The pool didn't look to inviting. There was a large hole in the wall, we notified the fron desk so that we wouldn't get charged.

The staff was very helpful with assisting me with any questions about the area..... The location was very accessible to the highway and all of the attractions in the area location a plus 👍

That there is no on-call staffing after 11: 00pm.. went to get coffee and breakfast at 6:00 a.m. from Wawa.....my key stopped working ... Contacted booking.com to see if they knew how to get a hold of anyone on property.. after walking to the office trying to locate an after hours number or some type of way of contacting someone to let me into my room... Had to wait till 8:00 a.m. to get in my room

Ms.Roxi was exceptionally accommodating and very nice to me as I’ve been here for over a month. Her and her staff are always so friendly and willing to listen to any questions I ask. They are AWESOME!!!

Location!!!!!.. location..!!!!.. location...!!!!!.. was in town due to a business trip and football game location was excellent close to park and ride to stadium and also... Very accessible to my business meetings in this area.... Anytime I am in town I booked my stay at studio 6 baymeadows location the staff is great and always welcoming ..👍

What I like about this location the friendly staff and people that stay here . It's home away from home .the pool is very nice . Nice new beds . They have have food places close by walking distance .washer and dryer on site. Lots of parking places. Pet friendly. Thank you studio 6 making my stay wonderful

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I think they have the hottest water in the city...LOL I love the temperature of the water and curved shower rod giving more space. I'm very critical about the water temperature in hotels...I like it extremely hot and no exceptions. They definitely passed the test and I would stay again for that mere fact. They do not have an elevator so if you are traveling with a lot of luggage you may want to request a room on the bottom floor. I was on the 2nd floor and it was quiet and thankfully on the end near the stairwell so I didn't have to walk far. Parking was ok, but the dumpster area was overflowing. The location was great...within a few minutes you can find almost anything you are looking for.

The lighting was not ideal. It was cute with lights behind the headboards but there is not dimming function or other lights that were not extremely bright. Also, the area for the stove and microwave had no lighting except for the light coming from the bathroom.

The staff is always helpful..the manager Savilla is professional Everytime I've had to check in. As someone who works in Customer service...it's refreshing to speak with someone else who goes above and beyond to assist AND remain professional and for friendly. She definitely is a nice touch to this location, making it one of the reasons I keep returning to this location when I need an extended stay.
