Although it was a busy day for check in, there was only one clerk processing all the guests. The clerk was fast and efficient in getting all the guests checked in and answering any questions that were asked. Due to the volume of guests checking in, there really should have been a second clerk, however the single clerk did an amazing job!

We were not able to log into the wi-fi, and we were connected to the "help desk" but was disconnected. I also replied to the text message that was sent to us communicating that we could use that form of communication if we had any issues. Unfortunately, we did not get a response until the next day but that was when we checked out. Also, the elevator was really slow, and one was completely out of use.

check in was in was off the chain! when I walked in the line was at the door. The three ladies behind the counter were truly magnificent! Even with the computers running slow they kept a smile on their face, they apologized for the slow check in, they made me feel so very special, "sir we'll be right with you" these ladies are well versed in customer service. Breakfast, I'm a breakfast man and when I say it don't get any better, it doesn't. whenever I have to stay in Jacksonville this will be my stay. overall, this is an outstanding hotel. Oh, let say this was all while "Milton" was still causing families to relocate.

The breakfast was wonderful, love the create your on omelet. love you can sit in the opening with family. I enjoy the manager snacks in the evening. Love the Ice machine was clean and working on my floor.

The pressure in the shower was low and the tub had a slow leak. An there was no extra tissue rolls in the bathroom in the room. Nor did the housekeeping on the floor had any. I had to keep going to the front desk to get some. And one of the bedding had a old wet stain down on the bed that was not to please to see.

I love that all staff was polite and kind. I like that the bar and the breakfast area was clean and inviting the food was delicious. The hotel main areas was clean.

What I didn’t like about the property was the bathroom. It was not as clean as it should be. The shower head and drain fixtures should be replaced when I turn on the tub faucet and stuff was floating in the water I just think fixtures should be replaced with a different brand or something.Personally my toilet wasn’t clean. I bring my own cleaning products to every hotel. and I sprayed my Clorox2 bathroom cleaner and so much black stuff started coming from the rim of the toilet, where they should be using a toilet brush on.and it’s no way they’re doing that.This is my only complaints other than that it was a great experience

I cannot remember the male manager's name (slight accent, I believe) MADE MY TRIP. He made sure that my reservation was found although o was told through two previous phone calls that I didn't have one, but I attempted one last time beong that I was five and a half hours into a six hour drive to just try my fate once more. A different young lady picked up this time and I tried to explain to her as calm as I thought I was talking, but she heard the panic in my voice. She sweetly said that she was unaware of my issue from the previous call, but she said let me get someone I think can help & SHE HIT IT ON THE HEAD! The gentleman picked up and spoke to me very kindly and he heard my concerns, he simply said, You're just fine. I have your reservation right here. Take your time getting here, be careful and we'll see you when you get here!" I balled afterwards because the first young lady handle my situation with no empathy even after I attempted to give her my confirmation number and to out right purchase a room on the spot. THANK YOU TO THE STAFF MEMBERS THAT HEARD A NER OUS YOUNG FEMALE TRAVELER WHO WAS TRAVELING ALONE. However, from one female to another that have and are working in hospitality "SHAME ON YOUR LACK OF EMPATHY" You never know when that might come knocking at your door and the same energy you gave me just might be what you receive!

Everything was exceptional except for an incident during check-in.

I was very nervous of after i booked the hotel and then read some of the reviews, but I'm a person of experience things for myself and glad that i did! When we arrived there was no line we got there a little after 8 I went straight to the counter and Alicia took great care of us took less than 5 mins and we parked and unload. Once entering the room it was CLEAN, COOL and smelled refreshing, needless to say we missed breakfast as we slept in most of the days we were there LOL.. There is a nice restaurant that we enjoyed Tacos and Tequila that is across that street that we enjoyed and walked too , there is a Walmart, chilis, Chinese restaurant down the street not even 2 to 3 minutes, it is about 10-15 mins to the beach , about 15-20 mins as we enjoyed TopGolf I enjoyed my birthday weekend in Jacksonville. We enjoyed the Fitness center as my 17 year old football/basketball player had to get his workout in, we had the room all to our selves, we enjoyed our complimentary drinks and snacks! we also enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well!!Checking out was a breeze, we need just a tad more bit time and Alicia Allowed yes to do that making sure we had everything we needed! Normally I do not allow the housekeeping to come in because we slept in and just enjoy our space but if anything was needed they made sure to provide us what was needed and let us know where to put the dirty items! I will keep this place in mind for future trips!!

The property was very easy to get to and rooms are big and comfortable for a family of 3

The staff was rude. One of the cooks that was cooking the omlette breakfast that Saturday morning had terrible customer service skills and never asked how are you? Or displayed any genuine customer relations. I felt very much rushed waiting in line for my food. I also called down to the front desk a lady answered the phone and was very short with me. I felt she didn’t listen to my request during the call. I asked for more towels and to extend check out time she was answering me before I could get the next question out.

I love the building itself, it looks like your on a cruise ship in the atrium. And the free cocktails are great!! And the breakfast included with your stay is awesome!

The price was quite high for a 1 night stay. I paid almost 225!!! It is a very dated Hotel. Could use some updating, fresh paint and carpet. Elevators are so slow! And the pool was dirty, and reeked of chlorine with dirty we towels.

Everything was Absolutely Excellent.... The Location, The Hotel Room was Large , The Guest Service was Very Friendly , and The Full Breakfast was My Favorite. This will always be Our Favorite Hotel in Jacksonville Florida.

The only thing I didn't like was.... We could never enjoy the Pool Area. All the Kids were playing around in there All Day & Everyday. I wish it was a special time for Adults only.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, room was clean and comfortable. Employees were outstanding.

We loved everything about our stay..... Except there was a party going on and kids were being kids. They had a beach ball and it came out of the pool, into the spa. The lady left and complained about it. They made everyone leave and I didnt think that was fair. My children had only been in the pool for 10 minutes. The party group was already there when we arrived.
