I loved the location. There’s a club and a store steps away. The stay was peaceful and comfortable.

My room didnt come with a microwave. I had to ask for one. When I arrived I had to clean the toilet it seemed as if it was just used before I entered. The carpet was extremely dirty (but vacuumed). The beds we’re comfortable. The house keeper came and cleaned my room and made bed over the second day which was a plus. Make sure you bring extra wash cloths and towels. The pool was closed. The front desk was very helpful. Parking is crazy at night because of the club connected but that wasn't to much of a big deal. I enjoyed my stay and plan to visit again soon.

The room I was switched to was clean, smelled amazing, had working appliances, and very convenient location. Front desk staff were so helpful. He was a male from Jamaica and he def deserves a raise!

First room smelled of cigarette smoke, no toilet seat, bed not fully made. Also second room the head of housekeeping I’m assuming since an actual key opened my door just walked in as I was drying off.scared me so bad but I guess accidents happen. They need to knock wait knock then enter if no words are spoken from the opposite side of the door.

I thought the girl at the front desk was very friendly and very helpful. I wish more people in the world like her. I can't remember her name it's shaquita or something like that she was working the evening shift. She definitely deserves 5 stars and a pat on the back for a job well done. I keep coming back I really love staying there and I've seen her every time and every time she was so helpful and friendly. I have nothing negative to say about her or the hotel as a matter of fact. If I had to choose one thing that I think could be better. It is I think that there should be more variety for the breakfast. Other then that which let me clarify that I wouldn't call this a dislike. Maybe just a suggestion. But I have no complaints at all. Keep up the good work.

Can't really say I liked much, just some where to stay while we were on VACA. But the lady @ the front(heavy set) she was so sweet, kind, & patience with us

The hotel is getting remodeled. The AC didn't work in the room it was hot. The thermometer wouldn't let you go up when trying to change temperature. It smells during the hallways. The pool(rusty) needs to be repainted, and children want to get in so bad, but they thought it was dirty. Housekeeping was out of towels, so we had to wait to take bathes after we came from the beach. Breakfast needs to be upgraded. it wasn't good options to choose

Beds was comfortable, AC was good. Hot water and water pressure was good. Excellent internet. It was close to restaurants ,highways and to where I needed to go. Staff was friendly okay customer service.

It was a slight smell in the hallway, pool area needs to be updated the pool surfaces had black stains and not enough shaded area needs more umbrellas. As well as easier access. Bathroom ceiling had signs of mildew and wall paper needed to be redone .

It’s a nice location, right in the middle of everything we planned on going to. In the middle of renovation but still pretty tidy and neat.

Most of the staff was fantastic, however we did have an issue with one not wanting to give extra towels (gave 2 per room with 7 people in total).

I didn't get to try the breakfast because I was in a hurry but I fully intend on coming back again and the location was great.

Well I still haven received my deposit back yet but I'm thinking that is my bank I hope it is.but I have no complaints at all as far as I'm concerned 5 star rating!!!

Only complaint my grandma had was the tv. In guest mode there’s a pop up that blocks half the screen and appears about every min and can’t get it off. Have to press a random button every minute to get it to go away.

I liked the location and the convenience of being able to get to the town center or the beach in less than 15 minutes.

There wasn't very much hot water. We would get in and the in less than 5 minutes the hot water would be out and it would be extremely cold. We brought it to the front desks attention and she told us she would send someone up to look at it or move our rooms and they never did, which was frustrating. but other than that there was no complaints.

The staff was so helpful and the breakfast was good! The location was good: not too close to the city but near essentials.

While the waiting area was nice and they were renovating other parts of the hotel, the rooms were in need of updating. Our door wouldn't close unless slammed shut and there was a power cord from the 80s where everything was plugged in.
