Common areas and the room were clean. There were no old stains on the sheets or pillow cases. The AC worked perfectly. The bathroom did not have any moldy or badly discolored areas in the shower or around the sink.

The sofa bed was somewhat easy to pull out but stupid hard to put back. Also the location. It's a pro and con. It's close to I-95 (in a business park area) but we did not hear any noise. The issue was the GPS. It has you fight the insanely short turn lane to go anywhere to or from the hotel. Take a moment and really look at the area map. You can take a different road at a light 1 block away to get to the hotel (3 min difference).

The hotel is what you would expect, clean, comfortable and boring. It was a place to stay during a hurricane evacuation and the staff did a great job of taking care of us. The hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable but as one would expect it is a simple and boring hotel. Breakfast was typical and for the health minded one would avoid most of the options but it was well staffed and provided for. The beds are comfortable and overall a nice stay

For me, I am more on a health and vegan oriented diet. As is typical for most American hotels, the breakfasts are pretty unappealing and unhealthy, lots of sugars, carbs and fatty proteins. The location is easy to access but in the future i think we will chose a place closer to downtown and Riverside.

I like the location, it is next to the I95, close to several good spots, rooms are very comfortable and spacious, it is a very good option. Cleaning is very good, and staff is nice! And of course, the price is very good for the services provided. I always go to this same hotel every time I travel for work

I would suggest improving the breakfast just a little, it is good but would be better with some other options like adding bacon, potatoes (this week I found some after 3 years using the same hotel but were not well cooked) also you don't have always scramble eggs.

First, the staff was kind, prodessional, and helpful. Next, I loved the location. It was close to shopping and restaurants. Also, the breakfast buffet was very tasty and had a lot of variety. The best and most important thing is that I felt safe and secure inside and outside the hotel. I loved that the handicapped parking was close to the entrance.

Just the breakfast buffet should include condiments or cold non-sugar drink items labeled and readily available. Also, breakfast times should be listed when making reservations. they wrote it on the keys envelope and verbally informed me, but I forgot.

Typical HIE. Clean, functional room. Comfortable bed. Pancake machine worked (!) which is great because they don’t work at many HIEs.

Only thing that was slightly annoying was that the front desk staff seem to hide out around the corner of the front desk. Every time I went to the front desk it looked like no one was there and I had to make a noise to get their attention.

The room was very clean and stocked well with everything we needed, me and my Daughters really like that the toiletries brand was dove and not some off brand so we didnt have to go purchase extra bathroom supplies ( that was our favorite suprise part of our trip) . Breakfast was great, and the breakfast attendants were super friendly and helpful. And your front desk person was just so pleasant and helpful every time we walked by or needed anything. We felt very welcome.

It was nice, the room was spacious and the bathroom as well, but old. The bathroom was clean but with little stuff that may be little bit disturbing as hair on the floor or sink in the shower that definitely need change. The carpet in the room had some stains. But overall we just needed to sleepover so it was fine. The staff was very nice,polite and welcoming. No issues there.

Everything was nice and clean, the hotel it self was great had no complaints

The breakfast could have been a little bit better and the pool area could have been a little more spacious, I was looking for to be more like the photos on your website, the breakfast, and pool area at the Gainesville Fl location was more like your website photos.

Breakfast was ok, fairly basic. The hotel does not have a restaurant, so for other meals you need to go out or order thru Ubereats or similar. Other eating places are there within walking distance, but in this locality nobody walks, esp at night

Location was close to the hospital (spouse transported from out of state to Memorial). The check in process was speedy and the 2 girls working at the desk were AWESOME ! Laundry room was clean. Bed was very comfortable.. Pillows not so much (too soft .. just my preference)but doable. I would refer someone if asked.

The outside lights were shining directly on the bed area. . Curtains needed. The tub didn't drain. There was actually water still in there from midnight shower to 6 am shower. The room temp wasn't quite as cool as I'd like it. Issues but wouldn't stop me from staying there again if needed.
