Hotel was quiet. Had a neighbor that had his music playing loudly, shouting, slamming doors. I asked the staff to be moved but because of the holiday the hotel was full. MJT address the issue & not one sound come from that room the rest of my stay. MJT addressed my issue.

Hotel needs love! Carpet, wallpaper, drapes outside of the rooms. carpet needs cleaned or replaced (definitely needs vacuumed everywhere). It's dirty looking! Wallpaper is peeling off the wall. Drapes are dirty looking and in some spots the place just smells old.

It was clean. A little dated but it’s being renovated . I was surprised to see they had sausage and eggs in addition to waffles and other breakfast foods. It was well kept even though the renovations were happening. The front desk staff was incredible. They were friendly, attentive and accommodating.

I can’t complain. It’s not the Ritz Carlton but it suited us perfectly.

I like the location of the hotel, and the room space was nice.

First I don’t like was I booking the room and I get there no microwave and no fridge and I have my two kids. But the girl after 11:30 pm give me other room. No POOL THAT A NO! NO!! Bc kids love pool. They say was out of services and pool look good. The fire alarm was hanging was broken beeping all night long.. I ask the room services lady for a towel and she give me attitude and tell me I need to ask in the from desk long short I never get clean towel.. thanks god I always bring my own towel. And the elevator they really need to I tell new one. When the door closes the sensor never make it open again and is in bad shape like very bad. I think that be all.

It was easy to find. On a great side of town. The room we were in was renovated so it was very nice. The bed waa very comfortable. It came with a microwave, and mini fridge. They had free breakfast.

They were doing alot of renovations so it looked like a run down hotel. Paint chipped doors, tapped up windows, the elevator smelled.

I enjoyed everything the staff was exceptionally great .

The property didn't offer streaming services I'm not used to changing the channel and just watching what cable offers me. I like to go immediately too my streaming channel login and watch what I want to watch when I want to watch it.

The check-in processes. The staff made sure not only everything was in order, but also made sure that our room had everything that we needed. Also, explaining to us the different doors that we could use going in and out of the hotel.

It really hard to say what I didn't like because everything suited what we were there for. Yes, I know that there is always for improvement, but sometimes if there isn't a problem, don't always try to improve on something if there isn't a problem.

Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is convenient for my purpose. Easy access to the property. Hassle free check in and out. Exterior is beautiful.

Interior is in bad need of renovation. Elevator very noisy and has a weird smell like a rusted can. Interior is in need of updates thru out the property. Pool and hot tub under repair, couldn't this have been done in the winter time instead of beginning of summer?

It looks like the hotel is about to do some remodeling. The walls in the Halls his mold on it and in my bathroom were the wall and ceiling treats meets there was mold😔

The property location is excellent. The staff were courteous and friendly. The only complaint is the microwave door didn’t open up. But otherwise it was a great experience.

It is an older hotel and it looked like it. Dirty stained carpet throughout the room was cleaned, no complaints there. The restrooms could use a bit more cleaning. Customers shouldn't be seeing mold in the restrooms. The elevator was slow and made a noise that sounded like the elevator was going to shut down.

Other than the dirty carpets, moldy restrooms, and very slow elevator. Nothing else.
