I absolutely loved everything about this hotel and the staff. From the very beginning the staff was helpful, friendly and accommodating. I ended up staying a few extra nights instead of the one night that I planned on staying and I definitely plan on returning to this location in the near future for any of my get aways! Tawanna, Shay and the manager who's name I apologetically can't remember were all very professional, welcoming and super friendly! Thank you ladies for everything 🫶🫶❤️

I loved everything!

The breakfast could have been hot waffles, but all in all it was fair!!! THE #1 REASON WHY WE EXTENDED OUR STAY AS LONG AS WE DID WAS 100% THE MANAGER MRS. LATISHA? AND MS. MEGAN. 2 OF THE BEST 5* HOTEL CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE DEALING WITH. BECAUSE OF THOSE 2 LADYS AND THE WAY THEY MADE ME FEEL AS IF I WAS AT MY OWN PLACE WAS REMARKABLE. ALSO THE PERSON WHO COVERS THE GRAVEYARD SHIFT IS REALLY GOOD.

Could have been a little cheaper. The breakfast could have been better and the exit door inside the hotel NEEDS stoppers bc these guests done give a flying flip if it slams or put hole in the walls.

The best experience I've had in a hotel because Megan made us feel welcome. She asked how our stay was going, if she could do anything and if our room was good. She makes it a point to, not only greet us each time we see her (we've been here a week), but she physically comes to us with a smile. The manager, Laticia Wright, seems to have this place in order and running smoothly. She is very friendly.

The room could have been cleaner, however, having been a housekeeper for a hotel last year, there isn't enough time allotted to do a room exceptional.

Ok I thought is was going to be a problem because it was too 2 dudes standing outside at the front door 🚪 entrance but they were waiting for there Uber Katie was quick fast friendly I liked that a lot she actually was AWESOME 😎 SHE HAD TO MAKE SURE MY ROOM WAS RIGHT 👍 FOR ME TOWELS RAGES ECT.. AND BELIEVE IT OR NIT IT WAS ACTUALLY QUITE AND THE DOOR LOCK AT A CERTAIN TIME I LOOOOOOved that and my check out the black tall lady was awesome as well IAM DEFINITELY GOING 🔙 again and again -GUESS RN#311

Everything we went down for the Georgia versus Florida game and was close to EverBank stadium, was able to get a shuttle to tailgate, the staff were awesome, rooms were clean very comfortable had a great day I would recommend

CLEAN... quiet.. felt safe... And all 3 front desk shifts were great, knowlegable, friendly, helpful, courteous and a pleasure to deal with... I seriously can not recall the last time something like this has happened... Actually, I'd given up on this fact... until now! They showed me that polite people still exist in the service industry!! Nothing really... Seemed there was a severe shortage of luggage carts... But i think some guests were stashing them in they're rooms and not returning them.... But thats not the facility or employees fault

The stay was really good and the treat me really good i was so happy for the good service the give me. Thanks very much to the girl in the front desk i don't remember her name now but she's the best.. Aka this is the guy from Boston lol
