Hotel was very clean you could always find staff somewhere wiping down sweeping or mopping the room was absolutely wonderful clean as well everything work properly except a few channels on the television didn't have any volume but it was nothing to complain

My family's decided to stay here because our house is being worked on but unfortunately they have a policy that states people who are Florida residents cannot stay or make reservations there they did offer me a courtesy since I paid through a third party and allowed me to stay but did not allow me to extend my stay. Which resulted in me having to find another hotel in the area

I really appreciate the customer service and care at this establishment. The first night my spouse and I had a third floor room, but by the next day the card reader was not working so they upgraded us to a larger room for the inconvenience the rest of our stay. That level of attention to care was really a highlight to our time in Jacksonville. Location wise, this establishment was very conveniently located, about 20-25 minutes from any houses we were touring during our house hunt. We were only 20 minutes from Jacksonville Beach which made it possible for us to have some fun during our business trip. The rooms were nicely sized and clean. My spouse and I always check for bed bugs, and we were glad to say we had no problems like that at all. The included breakfast was well stocked (waffles, coffee, tea, cereal, yoghurt, pastries, etc) and cleanliness was maintained in the breakfast area.

Nothing come to mind other than having to switch rooms, but it was from a smaller room to a larger room, so I really don't have a problem with that.

Staff was very nice. Supervisor Maureen went above and beyond to accommodate us. I came in from a cruise, I had a family event at 3pm and needed to check in 4 hours before check in time. I first called in and spoke with a staff member Brandon, whom also was very kind. I was told to call back and speak with the supervisor at 7:30am Maureen. I called and explained my situation to her. From the moment she said hello I could hear the compassion in her voice.

The towels has a light odor of mildew

The young lady who checked us in, Michlean was a blessing and deserves a raise. Pool was nice, room was clean and spacious.

But the contentnental breakfast was kept stocked to a minimum or empty on some items all 4 days we were there. This was every am at any time. I actually saw the lady restock the yogurt by bringing out only 2 yogurts at a time on several occasions.

The location was good and the place was very clean. The front desk people were very nice and my wife left a jacket in the room and they call us to let us know. They are keeping it in the office because we are coming back next week.

I think they can improve in the breakfast they offer because it was very simple. Also I recommend that the management have to think about invest on a marquesina tarp because it was raining like hell and we had to wait 20 minutes to get out of the car.

It was good for the price and for the purpose of the trip. It’s not far from Mayo Clinic. Just make sure you check the traffic and travel distance if you are going to Mayo the morning of. 1 of the days we were there, it took 20 minutes to get to Mayo. The other 2 days took about 13 minutes (which is great!). There are plenty of options for restaurants (Applebees is right next door). The breakfast options were okay. Lots of carbs! We didn’t eat breakfast.

Room and Bed very comfortable. Location very clean .

Wifi and the Cable TV don’t work good. TV programs old from the 80 and 90. The Hispanic people at least we need to have and watch a program in Spanish. Wifi too slow. Person in charge of the breakfast too limited into serve the breakfast. She was checking how many times you repeat or look for juice or other service.

Covenant location. Friendly staff.

It didn’t affect me but they have a policy of not renting to local people. I feel this is descriptive and discriminatory. The people didn’t know till they got there of the policy and were accused of being drug dealers. This can’t be right or legal. I won’t be back because of this policy even though I have an out of state license.

The room was beautiful and perfectly cleaned, the employees were incredibly friendly and friendly people. The breakfast so good. The best hotel I have ever been. I was 😯 because it's really cheap. The people, lovely people

Friendly staff.. Clean environment & rooms

Breakfast did not have any protein, such as eggs (scrambled and/or boiled eggs) or meat. The majority of the food was carbs(cereal, bread, bagels, yogurt, burritos, & THE waffle station). Needs a laundry station. Would've liked some shops in the area besides fast food places.
