I appreciate the friendliness of the staff. Every bit of my room was clean (I always find something to complain about). My king bed was extremely comfy. Noise was almost non-existent. They have DOVE PRODUCTS🤗. There is a pool and fitness center. Breakfast is always a plus (especially when on a budget) . Free parking on site. Housekeeping came every day of my stay (I love fresh towels & empty garbage). The Air Conditioner - PUMPING. The fridge gets COLD. Microwave worked perfect. I love that the hotel is right behind Applebee's (open till 12) & right next door, there is a waffle house (believe it's 24/7) and McDonalds!!!! Front desk Michelle - thank you for making me feel welcome/ comfy (& for borrowing the charger)

Wish the t.v. was a smart t.v. so I could've connected my phone . I was bored with the local station channels. The curfew of the pool is 8pm. I am such a night person. I wish I could've enjoyed the pool more in the evening/night. Breakfast is bagels, toast, cereal, coffee & juice, waffles... greedy me was hoping for bacon and eggs 🤷🏽‍♀️.

The lady on shift that checked us in on Friday June 27th @ 11pm was exceptionally well prepared. We had 13 rooms with our group and she didn't bat an eye. She had our room keys ready when we got there and got us finished up without a hiccup. The manager on shift during the day on Saturday and Sunday was so professional and family oriented that she called us by name when we walked in or out through the lobby. She called us any time there was something that seemed a little off (just in case). You dont see many like her.

The rooms were a little dated but with the professionalism shown by the staff members, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

I had a great experience during my stay at this hotel, and I have to give a special shout-out to Michellene at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she was exceptionally accommodating and genuinely pleasant. What really stood out to me was how she greeted guests by name as they came and went—it’s rare to see that kind of personal touch, and it made the experience feel even more welcoming. Thank you, Michellene, for your outstanding service and attention to detail! The location is also extremely convenient. There’s an Applebee’s right in front of the hotel, a Waffle House just next door, and a Shell station nearby. You’ll also find a McDonald’s and several other dining options right across the street. Plus, the hotel is just a few feet away from I-95, making it perfect for travelers looking for easy access to the highway. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone passing through or staying in the area. Great service, unbeatable location, and a very pleasant overall experience.

There is only one Ice Maker located on the first floor.

Hotel was very clean you could always find staff somewhere wiping down sweeping or mopping the room was absolutely wonderful clean as well everything work properly except a few channels on the television didn't have any volume but it was nothing to complain

My family's decided to stay here because our house is being worked on but unfortunately they have a policy that states people who are Florida residents cannot stay or make reservations there they did offer me a courtesy since I paid through a third party and allowed me to stay but did not allow me to extend my stay. Which resulted in me having to find another hotel in the area

I really appreciate the customer service and care at this establishment. The first night my spouse and I had a third floor room, but by the next day the card reader was not working so they upgraded us to a larger room for the inconvenience the rest of our stay. That level of attention to care was really a highlight to our time in Jacksonville. Location wise, this establishment was very conveniently located, about 20-25 minutes from any houses we were touring during our house hunt. We were only 20 minutes from Jacksonville Beach which made it possible for us to have some fun during our business trip. The rooms were nicely sized and clean. My spouse and I always check for bed bugs, and we were glad to say we had no problems like that at all. The included breakfast was well stocked (waffles, coffee, tea, cereal, yoghurt, pastries, etc) and cleanliness was maintained in the breakfast area.

Nothing come to mind other than having to switch rooms, but it was from a smaller room to a larger room, so I really don't have a problem with that.

The Baymont sits in an alcove. There are several hotels off the major street Butler down a winding road in a neighborhood. Fencing blocked my view of the others. I only saw the street. The back was fully treed and shaded. Relaxing.

The pool is a small wader 4-5 feet deep. Great for those smoking or relaxing outside, not for someone looking to do laps. Some kids splashed around. The pool is aligned to the parking lot, no privacy.

Clean and well maintained. Lovely friendly welcome and all staff pleasant, polite and helpful. Comfy bed, spacious room, good shower and nice, generous supply of toiletries. Breakfast was constantly restocked and enough choice so there was something for everyone. Really satisfied with everything especially considering the price paid.

Trying to find things for possible improvement consideration.... Slightly bigger bath towels would of been nice & a magnifying shaving mirror.

I really liked how safe I felt and how close it was close to restaurants and public transportation. All the staff were polite, courteous, and welcoming. In my opinion, it was good value for money.

Although I had some small issues with the room. The staff were always there to help and accommodate me. They were always quick to resolve any issues that I had.

Staff was very nice. Supervisor Maureen went above and beyond to accommodate us. I came in from a cruise, I had a family event at 3pm and needed to check in 4 hours before check in time. I first called in and spoke with a staff member Brandon, whom also was very kind. I was told to call back and speak with the supervisor at 7:30am Maureen. I called and explained my situation to her. From the moment she said hello I could hear the compassion in her voice.

The towels has a light odor of mildew

The young lady who checked us in, Michlean was a blessing and deserves a raise. Pool was nice, room was clean and spacious.

But the contentnental breakfast was kept stocked to a minimum or empty on some items all 4 days we were there. This was every am at any time. I actually saw the lady restock the yogurt by bringing out only 2 yogurts at a time on several occasions.
