Location is central. Breakfast is good. Stayed a week earlier and found that 2 Queens was better than King room. The Heat was very noisy in King room making it difficult to sleep soundly unlike the 2 Queens room where heat was a quiet system.

The rear door didn't accept the key, which made for a bit of a walk for my disabled spouse.

The staff are absolutely amazing, they have treated my 3 year old boy like there own and he loves it. We are still here on a separate booking. Wonderful people who give a top level experience and have made my trip with a young child very enjoyable, thank you :)

The handicap shower was the best

Bed wasn't as comfortable as other Hampton inn we have stayed at AC was a pain and house keeping knocking on door at 930 in morning when check out wasn't till 12

Unfortunately other guests felt it was ok to allow their dog on the seat and in the eating area. We were informed the management does not allow a sign disallowing animals area. 🤔

Staff was courteous and very helpful . Breakfast had a little variation. Not the same thing every morning

We got a Mayo discount and that was very appreciated. We booked for our stay in two weeks and in May. Everything was great fir our first stay there. Didn't have far to to get to Mayo either.

Conveniently located right off the highway, with lots of restaurants to choose from. The hotel was clean. Staff was great.

We had a king size bed, and wish that they had king sized pillows.

Everything was great. Only problem was we're nonsmokers,and someone in a room next to ours was smoking alot.We were told it was a nonsmoking facility.Maybe l should have reported it to front desk.
