The location was great, I enjoyed the view.

The room ran out of shower gel.

We had a wonderful stay here! Clean all around, very kind staff, easy check in/out, and modern. Bathrooms were clean and furnished with body soap, shampoo/conditioner, body lotion, and hand soap (DOVE PRODUCTS NOT THAT NORMAL CRAPPY CHEAP KIND). The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were AMAZING. Would highly recommend and will be staying here from here on our every time we visit! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

If I had to say anything I wish there would've been a little more pressure in the shower but then again I'm used to basically getting pressure washed. This place really was fantastic!

We had a wonderful one-night stay at the Holiday Inn Jacksonville at Baymeadows! The room was impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect for a restful night's sleep. The entire hotel felt fresh and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. It was the perfect stopover for our trip, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Jacksonville at Baymeadows was completely hassle-free, and we couldn’t find a single negative aspect to mention. Everything, from the cleanliness to the comfort and the overall service, exceeded our expectations.

This is a good location if you are traveling for Mayo Clinic. The drive was only 14 minutes from Mayo which was not bad. We liked having the convenience of the restaurant in the building. The air filter for the AC unit was clean, the bathroom was very clean, the beds were very clean (also no traces of any kind of bug in the room). Overall, this hotel was perfect for what we needed.

The location of the hotel is tucked between apartment complexes. We had some difficulty finding the building due to this. There was some trash and dirt on the floor in our room. It needed to be vacuumed. The hotel might also want to consider updating their mattress cover. We always check hotels for bugs before getting settled in. When checking the mattress for bedbugs the fitted mattress cover was torn apart in several locations and I struggled getting it back onto the bed. I am happy to report there were NO traces of bedbugs in the room. The beds were very clean also.

How clean the building was. Rooms were clean. Everything felt safe and comfortable. The desk employees were very kind and helpful.

It's not the hotels fault. But being a mechanic makes me worried about staining or getting the toweles and sheets dirty. I would like it if there was some sort of accommodation, especially in the bathroom, that would help keep things stain free. And a shower mat or something like that because the shower does get slippery.

My trip to this Holiday Inn Jacksonville E 295 Baymeadows by IHG is definitely the best I have experience since the beach room. The in house restaurant Burgers and Brews is the best each time. The hotel and staff is definitely a good experience. I would definitely recommend staying here.

They have a pool, they have ok food for breakfast and lunch (which lunch is Tuesdays-Saturdays) the beds were quite comfortable, the coffee was nice, and they had a decent view from the window all they could see was basically highways and roads and that is pretty much it but otherwise, my fiance's stay was pretty good.

the pool was a little too chlorinated but pretty much nothing was wrong with our stay except the breakfast was a little plain and basic as well as it was not too good for a nice hotel like holiday inn but the lunch was awesome at least.

I loved the location and Jacksonville Beach was close. I always expect a Holiday Inn hotel room to be clean, and this one certainly was. Staff was excellent and helped me figure out how to navigate beach areas, coffee was hot in the lobby, and just a great experience overall.

Some fellow clientele a few rooms down didn't seem to have much use for etiquette, and threw their trash into the hallway and were a little loud (although I didn't have issue falling asleep). That was the experience itself and nothing to do with the hotel, as I didn't complain.

It was OK location for where the event we were attending took place

The only drinking vessel was for coffee and there were only 2 the electric outlet in bathroom was not working I reported these issues to front desk they supplied and fixed. It would have been nice to receive fresh towels for 2nd day

It was a very clean and nice facility.I had to change our stay and the faculty was very helpful in getting that done and charged me appropriately w no problems as all. Could not ask for better service.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
