The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and knowledgable. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay. I am a patient at Mayo Clinic, so the location is perfect and the free shuttle service to Mayo is a wonderful amenity and gives me peace of mind. The hotel is also within walking distance of Mayo. Even if you're not a patient at Mayo, the Residence Inn is a great central location for whatever brings you to Jacksonville. The complimentary breakfast is great, with many healthy options. One of the best.

I love the kitchenettes because I enjoy cooking my meals, so I don't usually have the breakfast but it looks great. The staff is particularly helpful and positive. The close location to Mayo Clinic is key for me. The free hourly shuttle is perfect and it's even close enough to walk, .8 miles.

Can't think of anything I didn't like.

The bed was so comfortable! I liked the fact that every room is a suite as well. There was an ice machine on every floor and a small kitchen with a dishwasher, two burner range, microwave, and a regular sized refrigerator. My room also had a dedicated work space with a built in outlet to charge your devices, a desk lamp, and a comfortable chair. The TV was nice and it swiveled so it could be viewed from the bed or in the common area(a mini-living room). In addition, there is a shuttle that transports you to and from the Mayo Clinic free of charge.

It's very expensive, but there are lots of conveniences. The phone signal was horrible. I have Verizon and apparently, there isn't a tower close by. The signal in my room was better, but down in the lobby, it was non-existent.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The breakfast was ok. The eggs were different. They were cheese omelet. They tasted pretty good.

The breakfast was ok. There was only sausage and no bacon. Not a large selection to choose from in that format. Just the cheese omelet, sausage, and biscuit with gravy as far as that goes, no grits, bacon, or scrambled eggs. My phone was not able to make any outside calls or connect unless you use the hotel's wifi. I can usually use my phone's connection and not have to use the hotel's wifi.

The room was nice clean comfortable. Free breakfast was great! Mayo Clinic shuttle services were free. Nice sitting areas indoor and especially outdoor.

Maybe start breakfast at 6 am vs 6:30. Otherwise everything was great. No complaints!

Close to the Mayo Clinic, provided breakfast in a nice setting. Liked having a kitchen in the room and a desk area. My husband worked while I attended appointments.

Internet was terrible, very slow so made it difficuit for my husband to get work done. The clean dishes from the previous guest were left in the dishwasher and not put away.

No room service on the 2nd night stay??? Sign (door sign for no service) was taken down from the first night. Hose keeping cleary had come into the room because there were fresh towels and new soap, BUT THAT WAS ALL THAT WAS DONE! This was entirely unexpected. Wanted a clean room to come back on the second day and that did not happen.

Excellent breakfast offerings and it is why we will make another reservation. We also had dinner at the bar and the food and service was amazing! Thank you!

Wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the gym and pool!

Spacious rooms, welcoming staff. Grounds were beautifully kept with lush trees, pond area in back, and trails to walk. Location was next to Mayo Clinic, and also provides shuttle service to and from. Full bar and restaurant, hot buffet breakfast.

As a wheelchair user, kitchen cabinets were out of reach.

King corner suite was very livable. Usable kitchen with large refrigerator, microwave and stovetop with 2 burners. Pots, pans dishes and utensils were provided. Large room with big windows. Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable.

No Keurig coffee maker. I like to bring my preference of flavored k-cups. Hotel coffee I found to be weak.
