Amenities in Room were Equipped with nourishing essentials. Taking a lovely shower with amazing quality resources was phenomenal. They cater to you for three hours for breakfast. How, I wish they had an onsite room service that wasn’t too expensive. The indoor pool, though I did t use it was a wonderful touch, especially for the children to stay clean and safe. Gotta love Floridas north coast.

Wish I was able to have slept during the stay.

I was here because I am a Mayo Clinic patient. We have stay here various times before.

I usually get a discount for being a Mayo patient, however because we connected to someone on line versus the actual hotel, we were not offered the discount. When we made the reservations, we thought we were speaking directly to the hotel host.

The staff was friendly. The room was bigger than expected. Me and my family had an amazing time and will be staying here every time we come. It is close to everything. This was a medical trip, but we still enjoyed ourselves because of staying at a clean hotel. Thank you to all the staff for making us welcome!!!!!!

The facility needs a diffuser to make it smell better in the lobby.

Parking was available. Bed was comfortable. We were able to control the temperature of the room. It was near Mayo, which is why we stayed out there.

We had received an email confirming my request for a ground floor room, but, upon checking in, that was not available. One of the USB ports was broken and part of it came out in our cord. Apparently this had been known before because, when my husband reported it the answer was “ oh, has that not been fixed yet?” Lastly, the chairs in the room , while matching the decor in color and style perfectly, were extremely uncomfortable.

Access to the east lane of Beach Blvd from the hotel does not exist. It is time consuming and inconvenient to leave the hotel west on Beach Blvd then turn onto another street to regain access eastbound on Beach Blvd.

I liked the room( big and spacious and comfy couch and bed!) and the breakfast was good as well!( anything from cereal, fresh fruit and oatmeal, to waffles and bacon and sausage and eggs!!

That the pool wasn't heated or at least a little warmer. We booked the hotel for the indoor pool so we could swim but it wasn't warm enough to enjoy!

I like the friendliness, cleanliness, professionalism and being close to everything. It was a great experience for the 2nd time around. I'm glad I found a hotel i felt comfortable at due to having appointments at the Mayo Clinic.

The staff was amazing. They went out if their way to be he They will do it.

The tub/ shower should be a roll in shower in an accessible room. Also there should be automatic doors. Housekeeping did not stop by on the second day of my stay to refresh my room.

I had an appointment at the Mayo Clinic, just down the road from the hotel. With an early leave, we did not partake of breakfast. There are a number of decent restaurants near the hotel.

For the money, the hotel is perfectly fine, pretty much met our expectations from this good chain.

That a handicap accessible room had a tub. That is not accessible. I would expect a walk-in shower. Also why are handicap accessible rooms not on the first floor? What would happen in case of fire?
