I loved the decor was nice and subtle, Not to loud. Very relaxing. The linens were VERY clean. The toilet was very clean and had a pleasant odor. The facilities offered looked very well kept and appealing. It was very relaxing! The staff was very helpful and kind. When my room rate was not applied correctly, there was a knowledgeable staff who took care of it in a flash. Very very nice stay all around. I would definitely stay again.

The carpets needed cleaning, the tub and sink had chips and cracks that were not appealing. Not very much selection of gluten free or allergy sensitive folks but most places don't have that. A/C vent needed a good cleaning. There was loud renovations taking place but I understand the property needs to be maintained. The parking lot was FLOODED when I arrived.

I was very shocked this trip as we have stayed here many times. Security seems to have been pushed aside. Every exterior door, public access, was unlocked. Anyone could enter the hotel at any time. We even witnessed beach goers parking next to the hotel in clearly marked hotel parking and walk to the beach! Have we gotten to the point where nothing is ever said to anyone for fear of making them angry and getting a bad review? I would think that the safety of your guests would be a top priority . We really love this hotel and most of what you have to offer, but we may start to look elsewhere if this is the attitude the hotel now has.

Rooms were very clean! Great atmosphere

When we arrived they said we didn’t have a reservation. That when using third parties like booking.com sometimes reservation doesn’t come through. They had no more rooms with two queen beds so they gave us a king. Then they said the booking came through at 10 that night from booking.com and I was charged an additional 280.00 for late cancellation. I was furious because now the funds I had to feed my grandkids was held up until they refund me the following week. I will never book through booking.com again

The location was perfect for a quick beach getaway. Loved the easy beach access, relaxing pool, and fun tiki bar. The staff was friendly and helpful—especially the person working during our late check-in. The hotel made it easy to unwind and enjoy some time off. Everything felt clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was just right for a short coastal escape.

It would be great if the hotel added a more private work area or co-working space with outlets and seating for those traveling with their own devices.

Staff member very unpleasant front desk staff is so out of patience housekeeping don't speak no English I ordered food from kitchen it was awful the bar staff were wonderful everyone there was pleasant n graceful I love being on the water I'm getting married soon I would have loved to have my wedding there I don't want my family n friends mistreated so I have to find another place I were there q5 days July 3rd to July 17th I would probably not go back I got charged a 340 dollar deposit haven't been returned

The pool was absolutely beautiful!! The patio furniture was very clean & organized. The deck bar was awesome and staff friendly and accommodating. It was so great that you can step right on to the beach from the back deck. We went to the gym which was very clean and nice! Complimentary breakfast was THE BEST!!!! Tasty and plenty of options.

We were very pleased. There was not one thing we were dissatisfied with.

The Tiki Deck server, Roe, was absolutely awesome. She was pleasant, very friendly and was accurate with our orders. She should train some of the other servers that seemed a bit snippy. This was our third visit and hope to be visiting again.

I do find that requiring a daily parking fee to paying guests is a bit ridiculous. I drive from Ohio to stay at your hotel, which I love, then have to pay to park in your parking lot while staying. Not to mention it jumped from 15.00 a day last year to 18.95 a day this year.

I stayed in the King Suite and it was clean, spacious, comfortable and the temperature control was good. There is a laundry (washer & dryer) on the 7th floor, so there was no ice maker on that floor. I just had to go down 1 flight for ice. I asked ahead for feather pillow and it was no problem. The breakfast was terrific for this type of hotel, the bins were always kept full and your usual scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, bread selections and also yogurt, cereals, fruits etc. There was coffee in the lobby free for the taking day and night. The weather was not great (1st week of March, 2024) while I was there, but I can tell you this hotel has the only heated pool on Jax Beach (that I know of), maybe one or 2 others, but ask before you make reservations about that. There s also a heated jacuzzi. The outside tiki bar didn't open until 4pm, it could have opened earlier for people on vacation and playing at the pool, but it was closed on the cooler rainy days. Meanwhile, there is a bar with Happy Hour on the inside of the hotel.

It was decorated artistically in a nautical theme being that it was oceanfront. The furniture and decor were sturdy and new looking. Not like some hotels that in 2 yrs they won’t be in the A list. Everything smelled fresh. Parking was protected. All staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is gorgeous. The food & drinks at outdoor Tiki Bar were delicious and not hotel outrageously priced. We will return on our monthly trips to check on rental property.

Nothing

The view was amazing to wake up to each morning. The pool is so fun and hot tub inviting. We loved the breakfast and like that the options were switched up a little each morning. We are night time decaf coffee drinkers so the fact that there is always fresh coffee in the lobby both regular and decaf and hot water for teas and cocoa was a big plus!

It was tough at night to get comfortable due to the unique thermostat. The thermostat allows you to set a desired temperature and it will fluctuate running to achieve it. However it didn't work as intended. We set to 72 and would be getting cold so we would go to 74, well it would get to a point where we were hot needing it to come on and it wouldn't, even saying its getting to 75 in the room. Well we'd go to 73 or 72 to kick it back on and guess what? We'd get cold again after so long of it running and not kicking off. Needless to say it keep us up at night changing it often to try to find the happy medium that never occurred.
