Great location, great breakfast included, reasonable rates. Facility is clean and nicely decorated.

Awesome location. A All the hotels charge way too much but in comparison, this one was very nice for the price.

Location from the beach is perfect! Parking was not bad. Breakfast is okay though the breakfast area is small. Hotel is surrounded with bars, restaurant and some souvenir shops. Staffs are very nice as well! I’ll recommend it.

Just disappointed because checkin time was 3pm we arrived there around 4:30ish from a 5 hrs drive and the room was not ready we had to wait 30 mins. The door by the balcony is not working & they were not able to fix it & we stayed there for 2 nights so my husband had to do something to the door to make us safe. Low pressure from the shower. Other than that our stay went well and enjoyed our beach vacation!

Super location, right on the beach. Rooms were nice and big and clean. The lady at check-in was very friendly. Breakfast was well stocked and plus point that there were coffee specialties to choose from and not just filter coffee. There are plenty of parking spaces. Pool was rather small but was clean and has long opening hours.

The breakfast room was very small for the number of rooms. At half past nine, housekeeping knocked to see if we were checking out today so they could clean the room. Check out is normally at 11am. In addition, the toilet in our room was unfortunately blocked, for which we called guest services. They wanted to send someone to our room. The lady from housekeeping then gave us a dirty plunger in a plastic bag, but we had to solve the problem ourselves. The lady from housekeeping then stood in the hallway and made a phone call, which sounded like a private call and not work-related.

Room was big and wonderful although I had to keep my window closed because it's so close to the next building. Staff was very accommodating—5 stars!

Breakfast was just okay, especially since it's the same all throughout my stay. My only deepest concern was my car was hit by one of the guests and I never got to know who did it because it was just too much to ask the staff to check the cameras. Fortunately the dent wasn't so bad, but still.....and I had to pay $12 per night for parking! So I won't park there anymore. I would rather park in the parking area across the street.

The room was nice. It was beachside with a great view. Room service was very good. There was good access to the beach with a boardwalk near the property. Breakfast was adequate with several choices. The coffee was excellent. We also enjoyed the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. We will go back to this property.

The breakfast area was very small and got congested at peak eating times. Sometimes there was a lack of seating. Aside from crowded conditions, the fans in the room were on so high that the breakfast got cold quickly.

So here's the thing, we were given a room card for 228. The only problem was that that room number did not exist at the hotel. I was traveling with my father on a cane and I have ms. So while it may seem simple to carry bags back down the long corridor to the elevator to go back downstairs, it's not as simple for us. And when we got back downstairs, no one was behind the counter. So we had to wait and wait and wait for assistance. An apology was extended, and my dad received a free water, and for that I was grateful.

Never stayed at a Best Western before but it was great. I would say comparable to a Comfort Suites. We loved our stay. We did get ocean front but not knowing the area didn't realize we were on the board walk. Not a problem and enjoyed "people watching" used heavily in evening and quite a few homeless but again, they didn't bother anyone, never begged and were very polite. Oh, the one night music was loud up the street, once you come in and close the door you don't hear a thing. Beds were comfy as well. The breakfast was wonderful every morning offering full breakfast with either bacon or sausage. l wish there were alittle more variety such as hard boiled eggs available as well, then I probably would have eaten more healthy. The staff was very friendly at the checkin desk & breakfast. The cleaning staff did an awesome job an here actually got fresh towels daily, unlike some of the higher dollar hotels. We stayed in room 222 ocean front and right across from the door to the steps which was also very convenient. Hotel was clean, room clean, beach was nice as was the pier. Terrific access to the beach, and one of the more underrated Florida Beaches. Room was cool and comfortable. Location was among a number of great hangouts and shops. Pier being right there gave us a great place to walk and views. Parking within the facility was very convenient. Easy travel to downtown, to St. Augustine, and more.

Smaller serving area. Perhaps could have had more stuff for sale, more vending, etc. One night the nearby public restrooms smelled enough that we noticed it nearby. Pool is small, but a nice respite. While it was a good value all things considered, probably a touch more expensive than I like.

I love the fact that this comfortable hotel was right on the ocean. Staff was very hospitable, our room was nice and clean, breakfast was amazing, although I’d say fruit produce needed tending to a little more often since there was rotten apples. Other than that, all kinds of events and food places and shopping were all within walking distance, even CVS pharmacy was walking distance (for emergencies). My husband and I stayed on a weekend that a really nice block party was taking place with amazing food trucks, awesome rock performances, and the sunset at Jacksonville Pier just topped everything off.
