I wasn't really there long enough to use anything enough. Front desk girl was super friendly and helpful.

That they didn't accept Chime or Cash App. I could BOOK with one but not pay, not even with cash. Because of the hold. I travel alot. It's easier to do banking online, I get my pay 2 days earlier and I don't have to depend on my funds being in 1 central bank location if there's an issue. I had to call a family member staying at another hotel (my entire stayed at the other hotel, but I did prefer Comfort Suites until this) to pay for me & then I transferred my family the money. This was VERY inconvenient. I should have just left and went to the other hotel to stay. Which is where I'm already booked for 2 more stays. I would have stayed here, but Well I go where my money is accepted

I love the modern rooms! The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is very modern except the low toilet. The decor and set up is nice. I like the lit up bed and extra large TV. I also liked there was a variety of channels to watch and set to ply jazz when you arrive. The large windows are nice and the the large space to walk around. I love the hardwood floors and no carpet.

Soon as I walked into the room I noticed the floor was not swept. Little bits of trash was everywhere. Also, there was no microwave. Don't understand why there is a fridge but no microwave especially when the breakfast items were cold. Breakfast was not even warm. The sausage and eggs were cold. i would have liked to heat up my pastry. The towels were super hard. I was surprised because I stayed here before and the towels were super soft. Since there are no close by restaurants other than Dave & Busters it would be nice if there were microwaves in the room and not have to leave the 6th floor each time to go downstairs. Since this property is pricy I would expect at least a microwave in the room.

The room was nice and clean. The staff replenished towels, cleaned the bathroom, and made the beds every day. The beds were soooo comfortable. We got the best sleep. Also, this hotel being right off of the highway made it easy to jump on and off and get everywhere we wanted to go quickly without having to deal with too much traffic. There's a Dave and Busters right across the street. So that was an added bonus to not have to go far for a late night snack and entertainment. The price for this room was super affordable, too. Well worth it!

The pool was closed. That's the only negative

The hotel was nice even though they were still finishing up with renovations I'm glad that the hotel was quiet and wasn't currently doing the renovation work during our stay I liked the location I like our room being big and having plenty of room and the counter tops were beautiful in the bedroom and bathroom the bed was really comfy the room was clean

The bedding did have some small old stains that's the only thing but didn't bother us and the pool wasn't open but that's ok besides that we enjoyed our stay

The breakfast and dinner were good. The waitress "Pauline" was very friendly and efficient. Enjoyed everything. The check in and out was excellent. The staff was polite and friendly. If we had to go again to Jacksonville, we would stay at the Delta Hotel Deerwood.

The air condition was too noisy since it is in the room directly next to the bed.

The staff was great, especially under the circumstances. Alot of construction on the first floor. Area where bar and restaurant will be was completely under construction, so they had to serve from portable tables. The food being served was only the bare minimum, but it met our needs, and the staff were there to help or assist with anything you might need.

The staff are friendly and helpful. There was an internet issue in our room. When we complained they gave us the opportunity to check other rooms and choose from the vacants ones. Overall the hotel is clean, beautiful and the break fast was good also. The kids loves the waffles. I will definitely come back when I get the chance.

I believe the breakfast hours can be extended till 10am as some kids finds it hard to eat early.

Staff was outstanding! Destiny was a charm. I nicknamed her "Smiley". Such a joy! Brenda in the restaurant was phenomenal, too. I would definitely return to stay. Everyone was so pleasant. Facilities were clean and very comfortable.

I was there 3 nights. Paperwork in the room shows;“Housekeeping: Stayovers are cleaned daily”. At no time when I was there did anyone touch my room. I mentioned it twice at the front desk and that did no good. If that’s not going to happen you need to remove that paperwork from the room. Other than that it was a nice stay. Thank you.

Everything was way beyond my expectations. The lighted beds....the decor....the windows....the modern bathroom....the modern hallways.....the bed was very comfortable. The TV is the biggest I have ever seen in a hotel and I loved they had more than 40 channels lol! This hotel is classy and fresh!

Wish they had a full breakfast instead of continental.
