Great location. Convenient if seeking medical care at the Mayo Clinic.

Total for 1 night ended up being around $250 because they charge a nonrefundable $75 fee for pets. I understand the liability of animals on the premises, but our 25lb dachshund doesn't even bark and is crate trained. The price made this stay not even worth the convenience of being close to the Mayo clinic for my testing. Will likely stay elsewhere next time. Besides being too costly, the room and staff were good.

When we arrived the front desk was so friendly and inviting. My children were in the car for three hours, and she interacted with them and kept their spirits up! I wish I knew her name, because you don’t find such friendly people anymore. I know she has to engage with people all the time and I was just taken back on her hospitality! (She was working the front desk both nights of our stay) . The housekeeper cleaning the rooms the next morning even engaged with my 1 year old (he is very friendly) and was talking and smiling at him which just made his day. The staff at this location is top notch. Also, the rooms were very clean and our room was at the end of the hallway which was very convenient so I wouldn’t have to worry about the kids being a little louder if they got riled up. The breakfast was amazing, and there were different choices the two mornings which was surprising and very nice. We were in the area for a softball tournament and we will stay at this location every time we play here from now on.

I can’t think of one negative experience to our stay. It was perfect.

Location was very good. Less than 2 miles from the beach. Restaurants within walking distance. Free parking. Delicious breakfast professional pleasing staff.

I tried to find the hotel on Hilton website and it didn’t show a room and I am a Hilton member. However when I went on booking.com it showed the room so I had to make the reservation there instead of direct. The price seemed a little high for one night.

The breakfast area was stocked and clean. The hostess on duty was friendly and visible. The check in process was great. Our room was very comfortable and cool upon arrival. The TV display screen in our room displayed Welcome and my name. What a great touch! Pool area was terrific! It was so nice to have had towels available for drying off before returning back inside.

Certain staff members. One was rude. Close to Mayo Clinic. Free Shuttle but I did give the driver a tip.

Those beds need to be replaced. spoke to 2 guest members in the elevator and we all agreed need to replace with DreamCloud or a better mattress. Everything else was awesome but the mattress not comfortable to my standards at other hotels.

Very clean and nice room. Lisa at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

The breakfast was disappointing. Chicken Pattie, yuk No bacon or regular sausage. It seemed quite sparse, only 2% milk, only light yogurt with a nasty tasting sweetener in it. The bananas did not look great.

Room amenities: TV was great and ability to watch Netflix. Love the Hampton features—open drawers in the bathroom, shower curtain, hair dryer AND great a/c! Maria went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay!

A little worn, but I know renovations are underway. Needs some paint, for example, in shower ceiling.

Good location. Not far from the beach. Breakfast was good.

The pool needed attention. There were a lot of dead bugs floating around, so my kids did not want to swim. The internet inside the room was horrible. My kids kept having to rewind of fast forward, and then press play for the program to play. This happened many throughout our stay.

Nice location to where family is, convenience to local stores. Access to highway.

Even though breakfast came with it, it was okay for l breakfast. Wasn't sure about the sausage patties, , omelets so so. Bacon very good. Overall, it really wasn't too bad.

Breakfast was pretty good. Bacon and sausage both didn’t look especially appealing but tasted fine. Waffles were good. Pastries were good. More variety to choose from than expected
