Very spacious and clean rooms with friendly staff members

Bfast was awful please add turkey or chicken sausages bc you had pork bacon pork sausages and ham inside the eggs. that’s a bit overkill. I’m in the south, and it would have been nice to have grits instead of steel oats at the least, add packets of grits to dissolve in hot water. Scrambled eggs overcooked and dry. No chef cooks this bad. Also, the hotel parking keyless entry, please extend it out by 6” so we don’t have to hit our tire on the curb trying to reach the remote entry. Thank you

Very accessible to great cigar bars and lounges. My favorite Fogo de Chao is right outside the front door of the hotel! Liquor stores pharmacy right within walking distance or less than a mile away. The rooms were cleaned and had real tea and real drinking glasses! The patio 24 hrs with your key. So relaxing and great way to socialize with newbies! Wild rabbits to see below. Just great scenery altogether!! I'll definitely be back. Don't forget to grab a drink from the bar before you head to your room! I'll be back!!

We stayed at the Hyatt for 4 days on our way to points further South and really enjoyed our experience! The Hyatt Place is a wonderful hotel. It’s in a great location (close the nice eateries & shopping) and has a very spacious, comfortable rooms. What we liked best was the very pleasant and service oriented staff like Carlissa and Mary who never missed an opportunity to make us feel at home. Thank you all of the staff at the Hyatt, including the hiring and training staff who know how to locate and train professionals.

Everything, from the minute we got there everything was great. The location was perfect the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel was clean and easy to find our way around. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and had a lot of extras like mini refrigerator, coffee machine, assortment of teas, desk and chair along with a sofa and ottoman. Beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Parking is right in front behind a room key operated gate. Many very good restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely stay there again!

Nice room. We liked that it had a sitting area somewhat separate from the bedroom area. Beds were good . Location convenient

The Wi-Fi was useless. I expected better Wi-Fi capabilities for a hotel so otherwise well suited to business travelers. Also, the staff member in charge of the “ restaurant “ was rude and dismissive. The “restaurant” was practically non existent. I can’t imagine why the bathroom has a glass door. When one person turns on the light, it disturbs the other person who is still sleeping. Also the door is hard to open and close

Location and updated.

At checking in, we were told that we were on the list to decline the room if we hadn’t gotten there on time. It was 830 pm. Never told if you don’t arrive by a certain time your room will be given away. So, basically if we would have gotten there any later we were going to be denied a room. There was a credit card provided when reservation was made. We drove 7 hours to attend a funeral. Never heard of this policy or told. The breakfast was terrible and cold.

The location was great. It was in a shopping center with lots of shopping and restaurants that are walking distance. St Augustine was also only 40 minutes away. The facility was clean and rooms were spacious and comfortable. We did not stay long enough to really enjoy the amenities, but the outdoor section that overlooks the lake was relaxing. Also, being that we are pet lovers not having pet restrictions and only having a one time pet fee was definitely something I loved. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again.

Clean, view, close to great things to do and see. Places everywhere around you to eat and shop. Walking distance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, except for the hard mattress. It was simply too firm for my wife and me. Surprisingly, my 26-year-old daughter didn’t have much issue with it. She slept ok, but she did mention that the foam on top of the mattress had collapsed by morning, making her a bit uncomfortable when she woke up.

The rooms were a very good size and the location of the hotel was ideal. You could easily walk to multiple restaurants and shops. We arrived late for our second stay at the hotel and it wasn't a problem.

The air conditioning/heating was very loud and rather than a central system this hotel has units in each room. We found the breakfast to be very salty. The scrambled eggs were unpleasant due to the amount of salt in them.

The location is great, close to restaurants and shops, I love that area. Nice building, brand new, breakfast was good but could be better, we were expecting to have some pancakes but there were not pancakes. Anyway was very good!

That were not pancakes for breakfasts. Rooms are huge and very comfortable but the fact that there is no door is not good at all. If you are not travelling alone, and want to use the sink, you wake up your partner.
