We were pleased from start to finish. We are a family of six that stayed in the double queen/sleeper sofa room. We arrived on location extra early and they accommodated early check in with no issue. Then our first room the shower didn’t operate properly, and they quickly got us in a new room. The pool and hot tub were outdoors and well maintained. They had a wide variety for breakfast also. Overall we were so pleased with the staff and the stay.

The breakfast was great. The facility function is perfect for work or play. The location is walking distance to 25 restaurants from sports to fine dining.

The TV location in the rooms are in a bad spot. Had collision with it once . You have to pull it out fully and turn to watch it. Blocks half of the pass through. The slide on the hanger were hanging up also. The tv can only be watched from one room at a time; not the whole suite. There is a wall in each room clear for a wall mount tv in each room. I’m an engineer by trade and moving the tv constantly will cause more issues and cost sooner than later. All the electronics hanging on the wall behind it is taken also. They can be relocated in the fake cabinet under the tv.

The property is in a great area. Lots to eat and do in the area.

The elevator was broken going to the 2nd floor which is where my room was. Anytime I wanted to come from the 2nd floor to the ground floor, I had to call the front desk or walk down the stairs. It was inconvenient. My bed was a little worn as well. I slept decently but that was one thing I was really looking forward to, the bed.

Close to lots of dining options and shopping. My room and surrounding areas felt clean and comfortable. Property was quiet. Free hot breakfast options rotated daily to allow variety. Friendly staff and easy check in.

My room #513 had a very strong, unpleasant odor that almost caused a burning sensation in my nose and throat every time I first opened the door. It was a mixture of harsh bleach chemicals, musky gym man, and pet urine. If I ran the AC very cold it would help circulate the air and mask the odor.

We loved the easy access to downtown Jacksonville and the walkability to a variety of restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a good hotel for the price and we'd definitely stay again!

We would have preferred to have a second tv so that people could see it easily from the pull-out and the regular side of the room. I'd also add a few more machines/weights to your fitness room. And the breakfast was fairly minimal. Maybe add some cut fresh fruit and yogurt.

We were behind schedule with our arrival time, so we called the hotel to let them know. They gladly accepted payment over the phone for the room and had our room ready when we arrived in the early hours of the morning. The overnight agent was very friendly and provided us with waters upon arrival. We noticed the initial room was not as clean so my husband spoke with the front desk agent who immediatly apologized and placed us in another room. The room was very spacious and extremely comfortable for our family of 5. The closet space and shelving was a plus. The breakfast was plentiful each morning and the attendants made sure the area was clean and well stocked. Location is within walking distance to several chain restaurants and about 20 mins to Jax beaches, 45 mins to St. Augustine.

No complaints, just suggestions..... wish the room had a bath/shower combination (a little easier to handle with smaller children). Also would have liked to have seen healthier options, such as fresh fruit, for breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent. Beautiful hotel, facilities and grounds. Room size was perfect for my family of 6. Overlooked pool and my vehicle. Very clean. Staff was super friendly. 24/7 coffee!

Pool was closed due to an earlier "accident" from a younger guest. (It happens! Just bad timing. 😥) No pillows and sheets for the sofa bed. Went down to the front desk and there were no pillows available.

I loved everything. The staff was very friendly, room was a nice size, bed comfy, shower amazing, and the breakfast good!! Also, had to take care of a little work business so I went to the business center. The computer was easy use, and I was able to print what I needed. I would definitely stay at this location again and recommend it to family and friends!!!

We had a room that had two beds and a fold out couch. They was only one TV to share between the three and the layout was not very great. Didn’t give enough towels had to request for more the whole visit.

Everything was excellent only thing was there were no pool towels and we had to use our room towels and didn't have enough face rags in our room and they were out downstairs..... Location was excellent short drive and walk to different restaurants
