I didn't eat the breakfast, mostly because I usually don't eat breakfast and if I do it's around 10 or 11am so that's the only reason. I think your staff is AWESOME! They are so friendly and definitely helped me out and I felt like they really wanted to help me not because they had to but because they care. I had reservations for this past Thursday August 3 for 1 night and I think it was supposed to be no refund well that day my father had a heart attack and so of course I wasn't gonna make my reservation so I called and spoke to Chris who gladly moved my reservation up a day and kept the same rate. So then I was supposed to call back because for some reason the money got taken out before I was supposed to check in so he said to call back and see if somehow I could use that for the next day. So I called back and spoke to Jordan and she was also very friendly and very helpful she made it to where the amount that was taken out was credited for the next day so when I came in to check in it was already paid for. Anyway there were 2 girls at the front desk very friendly and also very helpful. I didn't have to wait but maybe 3 to 5 minutes. I will definitely be back it was my first time here and I am very impressed. Thanks for being so nice and helpful. It goes a long way.

The only little thing that I guess would be negative is I couldn't turn on my TV the remote didn't have any batteries in it. Now I didn't go to the office because I was really busy answering my emails and some work I needed done so it didn't really bother me but that would be my only thing I would have taken points off. But that is a quick fix and if that's the only thing that didn't go right then I think y'all deserve an A..

Kay was awesome. She greeted , helped and was always smiling.

The manager never smiled. I had been in the breakfast area at 920. They stopped breakfast and 9:30. I was not aware of that and I just wanted some coffee she came in and said when a little attitude but they stopped at 9:30 and that was it. If you go in the laundry room have a sign that says you can get changed at the desk when I got to do desk they said they don't have any change.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable.

The room smelled like mold when we first got there. But the front desk clerk let me borrow some cleaner and that fixed the smell.
