The room and bathroom in 210 were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good, however the wastage of plastic always saddens me. The bagels were yummy and the coffee (black) was good. We had lunch across the car park at Louie’s Mexican cantina which was delicious and the decor was incredible.

The pool needed a good scoop out of leaves and general debris, and it was very cold. Our room 210 whilst handy to the lift was a noisy nuisance until around 11.30pm and then started being used at 5.40am. I booked months ago and was very disappointed with our rooms location. Unfortunately it was about 8pm when we returned to our room and worked out where the noise was coming from and too late to change rooms.

This is a great value hotel. The beds were so comfortable. Hot water was plentiful. The room was a good size. The customer service at the front desk was AWESOME! Very quick to solve any issues. The breakfast is one of the best. No bacon, though!

The first room given to us was not clean! The receptionist had to come up for herself to see it, and then she very quickly removed us from that room to another room. I forgot her name, but she's great!

It was a very nice hotel. They had everything that we needed. The rooms and hotel were very clean. The staff was very friendly and gave you whatever that we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Thanks to all the staff at the Hampton that made our stay very enjoyable.

The continental breakfast was nice with lots of different choices. There is a Ruby Tuesday's and a Mexican restaurant basically in the parking lot. You can walk to either place for dinner.

There was a bag behind one of our headboards with sliced meat in it. The date on it indicated it had been there 3 weeks.

All of the staff was super friendly, smiling each time we passed! Love that because I recently went out of my way to smile at the staff at a Hard Rock, and nobody smiled back! Just stuck out how nice everyone was here! Beds were super comfy, room clean.. Also, it didnt hurt there was a Ruby Tuesdays next door!

Close to cruise terminal, modern and comfortable

We stayed here a few months ago and was so happy with it that we booked again. Upon arrival for our second visit , our room was not to my wife’s cleanliness standards but the crew was very helpful and apologetic giving us another room.

I read the reviews before booking and they were 100% right. The guy at the front desk (Ryan) was so nice, helpful and super friendly. Same with the lady in the morning. Breakfast was delicious, the pool was nice and the beds so comfortable. Will definitely recommend 👌

Breakfast was very good.....the one lady trying to replenish everything was having a hard time doing all of that by herself. She could have used some help. Had to wait for everything to be refilled. Didn't get to eat much because of wait.

Comfortable room

front desk staff wasn’t friendly and the outlets next to the bed cannot accommodate two blocks for charging your phone. Super annoying, need better charging ports/location.
